This was the first time I used Walker Plumbing. I received their information as a preferred partner from the Rosie on the House site. Jody was the tech who did an outstanding job reviewing my issue with the water heater and quickly identifying a solution. This required a tank replacement. Jody went out of his way to go pick one up in Tempe, and returned within the hour. He had it installed within 30 minutes. Very fast, efficient and friendly at a very reasonable price. I will be using Walker for all my future plumbing needs.
Your driver in van #003 at 4:00pm on 3/6/2022 is going to kill somebody on the road. Watched him fly across multiple lanes and the GORE POINT to make an exit that he was absolutely past the point of making.He also chipped my windshield from all the debris in the gore area he kicked up, so thanks for that.
Amazing customer service. After I contacted them they showed up at 8 the next morning. Already knew I needed a new AC unit and they were able to get me in 3 days later. Day of install they showed up at 8 and job was done at 11:30. Their whole crew was very polite and left my house cleaner than when they showed up. Highly recommend to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing.

Called walker plumbing and hvac after waking up to my ac broken and home at 90 decrees with 3 kids in it at 5:00am, Home warranty couldn’t get someone out for almost a week.. the tech Jose was on site by 630 and home was at 79 degrees by 8am. Thanks walker plumbing for awesome and quick emergency repair.

TERRIBLE!!! Charged me $345 for 15 minutes of work... DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. ROBBERY!!!! Tested a gas line for the pool... 15 minutes...
Our faucet installation was excellent. Jody was personable, knowledgeable and a joy to meet. Gabby, Customer Service, is also wonderful to work with, easily resolving questions or problems.
We called Walker Plumbing based an a recommendation from a coworker. We had other estimates, but what made us choose Walker was responsiveness to our request for an estimate, our technician Jodi was on time for the quote, and it was a better price then the others. The work was able to be scheduled quickly. Jodi was on time for the work, and a bit early, which we were grateful for. He was professional, kind, and communicated with us throughout the whole process. We will definitely use Walker Plumbing in the future!

I had shopped around getting quotes on the work I needed done (a pinhole leak in an exterior pipe) and was honestly shocked at how much it cost. I called Walker Plumbing on the recommendation of a friend in the home improvement industry. They were extemely nice and came out to my house exactly when they said they would (greatly appreciated). Jodi was the tech and he was absolutely great. Best of all, it cost me about $200 less than the other quotes I had gotten. I would totally recommend Walker to my friends.
I have called Walker plumbing for help twice now, and they have been prompt, helpful on the phone, and excellent on the job. The first time Clint came, and the second was Clint and Jody. This time, the problem turned out to be beyond our property, so the city needed to be called in to fix it. Realizing that I needed to call the maintenance department for help, I offered to pay the men who came. They refused it. I will always call on them for my plumbing needs.
Walker Plumbing was responsive, professional, and the quality of work was great. Would call them again for any of our plumbing issues.

Walker Plumbing arrived on time and their technician Cale was a true professional. He came out to give me a quote for locating a sewer line under my slab in my storage room. (I wanted to move my washer into the room). He knew right away, I most likely did not have a sewer line in the area I wanted. He could have given me a price, used his scope camera, and taken my money to only say "I did not have the line". After talking he gave me honest advice on how to tackle the job on my own. Very honest and I will definitely use them if I need further plumbing services.
Owner , Dustin, called at 8 am and said he would be out that day to install my new water heater. I asked him if he would be doing it himself. He said yes. I informed him I would like to be here during installation. Hours went by and I finally got a text at 2pm stating someone is going to my house now. The tech actually was already at my house my babysitter told me. I was very upset. I should have been called BEFORE someone was at my house and a time should have been discussed. I am not just sitting around my house all day waiting for someone to show up with no notice. I informed him I was not home and I specifically told him I wanted to be there. Also, I was upset he sent some other tech after he told me he would be doing it himself. I agreed to let that technician take out the heater and I would be home by the time the other one went in. I arrived at home to find nothing had been done. I had to call him when I got home and asked him why it wasn't removed. He said he sent the tech to another job. I asked him again if this is going to be done today. He said YES! However, 5:00 comes around with no call from Dustin. He text me at 5:00 asking "if I needed it done tonight or can it wait until tomorrow". I text him back and said I really need it tonight. I have been without hot water for 3 days already. I have 4 kids and we all need a shower. Five minutes later I got a phone call from someone else in his company , since he didn't want to tell me himself, saying a technician had a death in the family and could not do it tonight. Really?! 5 minutes late all the sudden their is a death?! He was just hoping I would let him off the hook and tell him he could come tomorrow morning and when I didn't say that he made his buddy call me with a an excuse. What a horrible excuse. At least be honest. I was extremely upset. I called the next day and Dustin was very rude could clearly care less about customer service. I ended up having to find another comp
