Just want to thank Gonzales Heating &Cooling for coming to my rescue time and time again. During covid, it was so hard to find a company to come out and assist my family with our system. They came out with no hesitation, and I continue to utilize them for any and all needs. We are a military family, and to know that this company is Veteran owned gave me comfort. They are boots the ground! I would recommend this company to anyone. Stellar service!!
Fast and professional
Scheduling was easy. The crew arrived at the time they promised. The guys were personable and professional. Service was done and I was left with some suggestions for future preventative maintenance and was educated on the work they performed.

Definitely would recommend. Came out and took a look at our restaurant's cooler that was having ventilation problems and repair was done the very next morning. All around professional and honest staff and great service to top it off.

I can't say enough about Sonny and the team at Gonzales Heating & Cooling. We've used them for years after one of the bigger companies disappointed us and my dad recommended them. Our air went out over the weekend and the owner Sonny came out himself first thing Monday morning to inspect our 16 year old unit. It ended up being the variable speed motor and he quoted us a fair price on it but the unit was 16 years old so he also gave us quotes on a new unit. From Monday morning when we talked to Tuesday morning at 10:30 am we had the new unit delivered, crane ready to replace it, and Sonny and his team was there early to start the prep work needed. Just before 1pm we had cold air blowing again! The level of service and professionalism we have experienced with Sonny and his team are the reason we continue to call Gonzales Heating & Cooling for all our AC maintenance and repair needs and continue to recommend them to everyone in need of an honest, quality, heating and cooling company. Our entire family in the valley uses them and we couldn't be happier with the job they do!

Gonzales Heating and Cooling has installed and maintained A/C and heating components in our 1930-vintage home during my 30 years of ownership. Most recently, the 40+ year old blower was on the brink of failure, emitting a noise of metal grinding on metal. Sonny — the company's owner — came out on a Saturday morning, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it with genuine expertise: he removed the blower assembly, tore it down, rebuilt it with new bearings, and reinstalled it. The easy fix would have been to sell me a new one, but he was able to repair it and save me a bundle of money in the process. Excellent work, excellent value. Highly recommended.

Gonzales Heating and Cooling has been a family owned business for nearly 40 yrs. My family has been part of that journey for 25+ of those years. The service they provide has been great. Everyone who is native to AZ will tell you, A.C companies come and go in this state. To survive as a small business is a challenge in itself, let alone an A.C company. That in itself should tell you that they must be doing something right... I recommend that anyone who needs some A.C work to give them a call and see for yourselves....

Sonny and his crew of guys took care of my family and I. We had our package unit go out on Wednesday and they had us a new one installed on Friday morning. Not only was my old unit to small for my house. It had been installed improperly and was sucking in dusty air from out side. I appreciate your hard work and continued business with me and my family.

After dealing with a one-man company for my AC unit and not getting anywhere, Gonzales Heating & Cooling was literally a breath of fresh, COLD, air! The gentlemen with this company were attentive, listened to me, and did everything to troubleshoot my AC issues without leaving time in between. The first guy that came out spent nearly 4 hours trying to figure out what was wrong and troubleshooting the most common issues. When he still couldn't get the AC up and running consistently, he called for backup. Two more guys showed up and they confirmed everything that the first guy tried, plus more. When the AC unit still wouldnt kick in consistently, they made a plan with me and left a temporary fix in place while formulating what would need to happen next: a new compressor. They worked with me on getting a new compressor and getting it covered by my insurance, etc. I now have a consistently working AC unit! Thanks, guys!
