Great service, prompt and professional
Nate the Technician is always on time and professional. He always communicates with me to let me know he's on his way to what he's found, what's needs to be done, how's it going and how it went when he's done. He answers all my questions and I trust him in my house. He very knowledgeable and a good listener. I'm glad he's my tech and hope he stays my tech for years to come. Good job Nate and thanks Dial One Mears!

Once again Adam and the whole crew at Dial One Mears did a great job for me. First I didn't know what I needed. They calmly explained my situation, old system not functioning well, and gave me options. No pressure. They arranged for my ducts to be sealed, including a 4 inch x 2 ft gap in the attic. They also installed a small split AC unit in our garage that is quiet and relatively cheap. Everything was done quickly even though it was the middle of summer. They are so nice to me it feels like family in my house. Thank you Adam and gang.
Service was fantastic! Called at 8 am and RJ was at my house by 10am. Quickly determined it was a dirty pan and deep clog. Fixed it quickly, educated me on how to maintain moving forward. Fast, knowledgeable, clean. Cost was very reasonable. Will use this company for any future service needs.
Mears was very easy to schedule, and the technician who came out, RJ, was by far the best HVAC tech I've seen. I'll definitely ask for him by name next time I need something! Thank you!

3rd time I've used Dial One Mears and I will not use another HVAC company. Troy is very friendly and scheduled me same day. RJ diagnosed the problem and completed the repair while I was at work. The repair and cost was explained to me and I was pleased with the service.

I called this company after rainforest hVAC and plumbing ****** with my system for a year with their incompetent hires. Sean came by and rewired my system on a Sunday and it’s been working like clockwork since. I appreciate your hard work and skill!
Nathan was great and stayed late to fix unit so we didn't have to suffer the heat another night. Only negative was I thought it was a bit pricy for the 2-3 hours labor involved. Otherwise, whole experience was great.
My thermostat manual disappeared a couple of years ago and I had messed it up myself. Jessie reset it to my request so I could operate it manually until I can get it reprogrammed at a later date. He was efficient and expedient with the cleaning of my ac/furnace unit.
The service representative gave me a telephone alert and arrived promptly. Shane was in work uniform, thus providing identification. He was friendly, provided helpful advice, and professional throughout this visit. He checked everything out carefully, found one issue needing attention, but left the final decision up to me. No pressure. I felt that this was a very comprehensive inspection of my HVAC unit. This is the first time that I have used Dial One Mears, and I am looking forward to continuing my relationship with them. They deserve all the fine reviews that they have received.
Adam and Jesse came out to replace our A/C unit and Furnace. They were on time and got the job done fast! They kept a tidy work space and hauled away all the old equipment for us.
