I'm not sure why they accepted a repair for a two story home when they don't do two story roof units, but they were thankfully able to solve the issue. They were quick, efficient, and communicative.

I had a great experience with Teflon Heating and Cooling and would definitely use them again. LaRon went above and beyond any other HVAC tech that I have used in the past. Not only was he on time and thorough, he took the time to explain the issues and resolutions and went out of his way to clean multiple filters and keep the house clean. I have referred him to family and my realtor and have asked to be placed on an annual schedule for maintenance.
