After a tech serviced our unit, our air conditioning has not shut off for the past 10 hours. My wife and I tried calling 4 different times and were completely ignored. I have lost all faith and trust in this company. Only use them if you want to pay an outrageous electric bill.
They were on time and got the new A/C up and running definitely recommend them.
I haven’t written many reviews, but after the EXCEPTIONAL service I received from Sun Tech Air Conditioning I feel it’s imperative everyone know about this company. Bear with me, I’ll try to make a very long story short. After having Parker & Sons out to do a maintenance on my unit in March – to which they said the unit was working fine – when I turned the AC on a month later it was not cooling. They came back out to diagnose it, telling me nothing was wrong with my unit, that it was an electrical issue. Their electricians came out the next day, and after very little inspection proceed to tell me I need all new breakers, possibly a whole new panel, and made it sound like my panel was going to catch fire. The 2 estimates I receive from Parker & Sons were for $3,200 or $6,900. Much to my shock, I reach out to a family member and get a referral to Copper King Electrical. Cory from Copper King comes out, and after a thorough diagnosis determined that nothing was wrong with my panel, and it was in fact a problem with the AC unit. Cory refers me to Jason Williamson at Sun Tech Air Conditioning. Jonathan from Sun Tech arrived the same day, checked everything, explaining it all as he worked. A few days later, Jason (the owner) and Abraham from Sun Tech came out, and despite a couple road blocks, got my unit up running in a couple hours. To say I am pleased with this company is an understatement! They did exceptional work in a timely manner, and for a price that was more than fair! It is such a relief to find a company that is proficient at what they do, and most importantly trustworthy! I’m done with the big companies that try to take advantage of customers recommending services that are unnecessary and priced excessively. Do yourself a favor and call them when you are in need of HVAC service!
Professional and honest technicians. I would recommend SunTech to anyone looking for a local company to service their HVAC system. Technician Jonathan was professional and honest and explained everything in detail about service that was completed. Office staff were honest about pricing of services as well.
Sun Tech is amazing! After paying a different company $800 to fix my heating unit, only for that fix to do nothing, I called Sun Tech. They came out quickly, performed a thorough investigation and identified the problem within minutes. They provided a reasonable quote for their services (almost 1,000 less than the other guys) and performed the work promptly. The techs and the office staff are very professional and communicative.The office staff even worked with my warranty company to get most of the repair covered. I will only use Sun Tech going forward for my HVAC needs!
Told me I needed a new AC before even looking at mine. Spent ab 1 minute looking at it before diagnosing it as a loss due to “dirty coils”. Called a different company that came out and spent about an hour taking everything apart to inspect. New company fixed the problem and said there were zero signs of dirty coils. Don’t recommend these liars at all. They didn’t come to fix my AC. They came to make me buy a new one. I definitely won’t be buying from these guys when the time comes.
He was very nice and honest about what was going on with our A/C unit. We used this company per our home warranty but they ended up being great.
Jose is prompt, honest, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. I called and they sent him out within 30 minutes. Their service is fast and reliable. I would highly recommend Sun Tech Air!
Great experience overall. Excellent customer service - timely, professional, friendly and Sun Tech was HONEST! We thought we were going to need a new AC unit and they replaced the motor on the spot and we were good to go! I highly recommend Sun Tech Air Conditioning. We will definitely call them when we do need to replace our AC units!
Sun Tech tech on 6/7 did not properly diagnose faulty thermostat… he just turned on the system from the roof and said: “well it’s working now” Not until power outage did the system fail to turn on the AC again resulting in another call and another charge to me for the exact same issue. Thankfully I called a different company and the problem was diagnosed in 5 minutes!
Sun Tech showed up promptly when our AC unit stopped blowing cold air. They quickly & accurately diagnosed the problem. Their follow up getting the repair implemented and finished in a timely manner was greatly appreciated. We would not hesitate to use Sun Tech again should any AC problems arise.
Technician was super helpful and explained everything clearly and concisely. He was on time and super professional. In the future will be utilizing them again.
Sun Tech sent out Tex for an AC issue I had. He arrived during the scheduled window, was friendly, helpful and even helped figure out which unit was the issue as my condo complex did not have the units labeled. I would highly recommend Tex and Sun Tech Air Conditioning if you need your AC repaired or serviced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Used Sun Tech Air a few times through my home warranty. I was always able to get an appointment very quickly. Techs were on time, knowledgeable, and did great work each time they came out.
We were referred to SunTech via our home warranty. Technicians are awesome... super friendly. They came out and told us we needed a new compressor and they would order it. We went without air conditioning (in July in Phoenix) for over 3 weeks and couldn't use 1/2 of our house because SunTech never ordered the compressor or got approval through the home warranty. It was pretty brutal. When they did get the part, they were very competent. They gave us no price break or anything based on their major mistake (I didn't ask because we aren't those kind of people). So, if you use them... maybe just stay on them to make sure things are on track.
I can’t say enough about the service that I received from them. Will is so knowledgeable an excellent technician and I would always want him to come to my house. He was professional And well mannered I am so please do not hesitate to call them
We were assigned Sun Tech through our warranty company. They had a tech out ASAP, which is essential in AZ. Upon review, the tech was able to diagnose and replace the required components. AC is working well. From my experience, I would recommend Sun Tech Air Conditioning.
Very professional and efficient, they came out and got my AC up and running in less than 15 min. My AC started blowing hot air and they discovered a broken wire and fixed it immediately. My house has been so cool and the AC has been amazing thank god! Great company, highly recommend
Tex the tech from Sun Tech came out to service our 2 AC units as part of a home warranty check - We got lucky to have someone like Tex be our tech. It was evident he was experienced in his field but what set Tex apart was the feeling that he actually cared about us. He spent extra time walking us through what was happening, patiently answered all of our questions and helped us lay out our options. For these reasons, Sun Tech will be getting our business and I will be referring Tex to friends and family. Thanks Tex.
In an industry with a lot of rip off air conditioning firms. This is not one of them. This is one of the better firms. Excellent work, fair prices and honest advice. I had two prior air conditioning companies try to rip me off. Through my home warranty, this was the third and one that they sent when there were problems. They fixed and followed up on both of my air units. That unfortunately went out for a long part of the summer due to parts supplies from China. They were very helpful, very diligent. And I insist on only using them in the future. I do not believe you will be disappointed if you give them a try.
