Never an upsell when these guys come over. Have had way too many AC companies come over in the past, say they fixed the problem, then learn that the work was poorly completed, then try to sell me something else. Go with Strategic Heating and Air Conditioning. They focus on getting the work done and it is done right.
So thankful for Stuart and his team. We called him on Monday. He was about to come on Tuesday morning around 8:00 am to check out our AC. He diagnosed the problem in a short time. Before noon, he had the new part, Freon put in the unit and AC up and working. So thankful for his timeliness and efficiency with solving our AC needs. His diagnosis and price was incredible less expensive than the quote we received from another company. Thank you Strategic HVAC. Outstanding job. Blessings to you and your company.

Strategic HVAC is nothing short of phenomenal. Not only did they accurately diagnose our 3-year long challenge with our aging heating and A/C system, they recommended and installed the very best product on the market. They communicated each and every phase of the complicated installation, spent the time explaining failure points and shared their experiences which really credentialed their business. Unbelievably professional team and very efficient. Do yourself a favor and call these guys first - they won't disappoint you. There's a reason they have an unblemished track record of reviews!

Strategic Hearing and Air Conditioning was great! We had a situation where our air conditioner was blowing hot air at midnight in the middle of extreme weather temps. They were super responsive, reasonably priced to accommodate at midnight and were able to quickly fix the situation. All while keeping a smile on their face. I truly appreciate them coming out and working hard to fix our issue even at midnight. We will continue to use strategic heating and air conditioning because of their great customer service and personal touch!

Mike and Stuart's professionalism and punctuality were a welcome contrast to many past experiences we have had with HVAC companies. They were patient and thorough in explaining our options and we trusted them to give it to us straight. Our new system works great and they diagnosed and fixed some problems with the ductwork from the original installation when the house was built. No more hot and cold zones! They deliver all this at an excellent value too! I will urge family and friends to use Strategic Heating and Air Conditioning.
