Jeff was quick to come and diagnose a hvac issue for me which is the positive. Things I didn’t appreciate is that he charged a $89 diagnosis fee on top of a $49 service fee to diagnose a leak. He tried to charge $40 for ice removal which I did not ask for but he did remove that charge upon questioning. He recommended a complete replacement of my unit and quoted me $12,000 initially and then quickly dropped to $9500. Very expensive and I felt he was trying to take advantage of homeowners hoping they take the first price. I had the work done for half the price from a very reputable company with great reviews.
I called early in the morning and left a message. Jeff immediately called me back and said he could come out the same day. He came when he said he would and had my air conditioner fixed within 45 minutes. Jeff explained everything that he did and what was wrong with my air conditioner. He gave me some great advice about my air conditioner that I appreciate greatly. Jeff was recommended to me by friend who had a air conditioner installed about a year ago and my friend had nothing but wonderful things to say about him. Sonoran Air Solutions LLC is a great air conditioning company. Thanks Jeff!
Sonoran Air Solutions saved the day our heat pump went out just as temperatures were forecasted to be in the 30s. Jeff promptly came out in the early a.m. hours and was able to get our system back working that same day! Don’t know what we could’ve done without him and definitely gonna pay more attention to maintenance and care of my system from now on.
Called twice this morning for service and left message because no one answers. No call back. Great way to do business. Unbelievable
Got my ac working. Stayed late to get the job done. Honest and good prices. I will use him for my other rental properties.
This place is the worst they installed the acs wrong they put upstairs ac downstairs and downstairs upstairs worst place ever do not use them
Wow! This place is amazing. Our AC started dripping and went out around 11 by midnight Jeff was at our home assessing the situation. I know how hard it is to get someone out after hours without being taken for an arm and leg. Jeff does amazing work and was knowledable. He cleaned our ac coils and the house is cooler than ever before. Jeff also took the time to clean our outside unit.also turned out our drain pan was very clogged. You can trust Sonoran air solutions to fix your issues with quality work not cheap fixes. This turned from what could of been a huge emergency into not too big of a deal ! Definitely keeping their number handy. 10/10 would recommend

Jeff from Sonoran Air Solutions replaced my dryer vent duct. He minimized the damage to my drywall, and replaced the duct work with quality materials. He was very professional, completed the job in a reasonable amount of time and I would use him again.
Very knowledgeable and professional. My grandmother's AC was not blowing cold and not very strong.The AC tech came out right away and looked it it and knew exactly how to fix it. He kept us updated every step of the way, and didn't stop working on it until he got it working great. Now it works like brand knew.
Excellent customer service and professionalism! My air conditioner broke down over the weekend. Showed up right away for emergency call. Had unit back up and working right away for a very good price! Definitely my go to guy now. I recommend!
