All I can say is DON'T EVER buy Carrier. Sigler must order parts and they absolutely LIE about when they will be shipped and delivered. Sigler representatives are unresponsive and their customer service is the worst we've ever experienced.

Apparently you are responsible for our order number being mixed up with another order, resulting in our unit being installed at another house and us waiting another 5 days without air. You should probably make sure your employees are double checking their work so that it doesn't inconvenience people in need. Thanks.
