They installed windows that need to be replaced.
* Zach, Matthew and Dennis have been very helpful. With the help of this team I've had less anxiety than expected. It was pretty easy.

The work completed was excellent. My only concern is that they did not have a manual for the unit and I have left messages without any response.
I would highly recommend the company. The salesman & installation crew were courteous, prompt & thorough. The entire project went very smoothly. I absolutely love my new windows. What a difference they make.

Our salesman was to the point, showed us the materials and didn't try to upsell us. Our installer was fantastic. We love our new windows even more than we thought.
Sears has done quality work for me in the past. Appliances, windows and a sliding door. That all ended when we contracted with them to have three bedrooms flooring done. Consultation went well (we thought), signed a contract, and the subcontractor came (a little late but no problem) to do the second measurements. Here's where the trouble began...measurements were off by almost an entire room. We go up the chain because we were already in a contract and it was a huge price difference. After that is figured out we wait three weeks, the subcontractor is late again and we find out that the WRONG product was ordered. He also starts telling us that the molding wasn't included in our contract but he'll throw it in as long as we pay for the install on the side. A few more weeks go by and we find out the subcontractor was trying to pull one over on us so a second subcontractor comes out from a city 1 1/2hrs away. He installs things perfectly but guess what...the product is SHORT. After another week and a half a third subcontractor comes out to finish the job. It took FOUR MONTHS to complete the flooring in three bedrooms (10x13, 10x15.4 & 13x16) from carpet to laminate hardwood. The floors are beautiful but I don't think it was worth the four month headache.
My A/C quit on Friday night. Saturday morning I called Sears. The earliest that someone could come out was Monday. They came out on Monday, I needed a new unit and it was installed Wednesday. I had no idea that it could be so fast and it was appreciated.
I recently had my kitchen remodeled by Sears. The granite installers are horrible. After they installed the granite they left all outlet plugs out and ungrounded. If I had accidently touched one I would have been electrocuted! There is now a Large gap between my light faceplates and the wall and when I asked for it to be fixed all I got was excuses and lies. BEWARE!!!
