My AC started blowing hot air. Called Scott's at 10:30AM, and a service technician arrived two hours later. He fixed the problem in 30 minutes. It's mid-July, and I was prepared for waiting several days for service. I'm grateful for the immediate attention and high quality service I received. Highly recommend them.
We had a great experience working with Scott and his team for a sink and RO installation. I had lots of questions and Kim was able to get everything answered for me in a timely and professional manner before the work began. The projected completed on time and on budget and the quality was stellar. I will be using Scott's AZ Services for an upcoming A/C purchase as well.

Scott installed two brand new a/c units for us. He came out for a free estimate and sent over his estimate the next day. He covered all of our questions and steered us to units that would meet our goals and not just upsell to the highest cost units. He was fairly priced, very knowledgeable, and reliable. We have been super happy with the new Trane units and have had both of our post-install check ups. We highly recommend Scott for all of your hvac needs.
I love this company! Scott, the owner is so smart. He knows everything....at least it seems like it. I had a remodel done by another company (before I knew Scott) and while we are still trying to get things completed, Scott is graciously telling me what is not up to code so I can have the other company take care of it. I purchased my AC from him and couldn't be happier. He is honest, reasonably priced and will not try to upsell you on things that aren't necessary, but, he will for certain educate you on how to take care of your place...one of the things I most appreciate about him. This is his company, not a franchise, so you will be well taken care of. He has a lot of services available.
Scott's AZ Service's is an amazing company. They were recommended by a neighbor and so glad they did recommend Scott's AZ Service's. The work was top notch and the cost was very competitive. I will call them again in a heartbeat for any service they cover at my house.
I've interacted with Scott many times and find him to be very professional, friendly, and hard working. He clearly knows his industry very well and is incredibly competent in the work he does. I would have no hesitation in recommending Scott to my friends and family.
I can't see enough wonderful things about Scott and his team. We have done shower installations, AC service and repairs at both my home and office, and multiple plumbing repairs ranging from children clogging toilets to the homeowner (me) not changing out his reverse RO system filters correctly an causing a leak.
Scott & his side kick Austin did a fabulous job of cleaning up after themselves. Though, professional, educated me as they went about their repairs. Communicated with me on what needed to be done, and ran to store for needed parts as they came into unknown issues. Very pleased with this company.
We called Scott's because our daughter's bathtub faucet broke. I tried to fix it myself (which I have done in the past in other bathrooms) but there was a problem with how the builder installed the piece and it was too difficult for me to remove. I called out Scott's, who responded very quickly. A special tool was needed which he did not have, so he ordered the tool and came back over a couple days later for a fast, professional install and fix. Thank you so much for being so quick and courteous. Will use again when necessary. Would recommend. Turns out we did use them again when our water heater broke and started leaking. Scott's was prompt and friendly. A new water heater was ordered and promptly installed, and for SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars less than a couple of the "big" guys quoted us a few months earlier when we were looking for a preemptive replacement. Scott's even included some parts that the other guys wanted to charge a la carte for. Thank you Scott's for being reliable, friendly, and affordable.
Scott has provided great customer service for a lot of people in my network. After hearing them rave about his work, I felt comfortable choosing him as my HVAC tech. He did not dissappoint! If you want integrity, knowledge and quality work for a great price Scott is your man!
I highly recommend Scott's for your plumbing needs. Scott came out and diagnosed my issues, and then my man Jose came out, a day earlier than scheduled due to an open time slot, and capably executed the repairs, including putting on new seats for each of my three bowls. Much appreciated, Guys!

Our water osmosis setup was leaking, and the company replaced it. Also fixing a corroded fitting on my sink.

I can't say enough good things about these folks. They came out quickly to help us when we were in a pinch. They could have taken complete advantage of us and our situation but they didn't. They were friendly, homest, fair and bent over backwards to help us out. They have now become our go to company for anything that ever goes wrong with the plumbing in our home. I highly recommend this company.
When I called Scott's for a last minute request they were very helpful and professional, however for my last min request they were not available on that day (understandably though - everyone is super busy!). Thankfully they connected me with another drain professional who immediately called and was able to go to my house and assess the situation for me. I'm just so thankful for a business who is willing to look beyond their own business or financial gain and really just care about the client being taken care of, even if it wasn't them who would get the business. I already have Scott's scheduled for a different request and plumbing need. Thank you for your professionalism and care for the client!
Wonderful service and fair price. I called Scott's AZ Services after a "plumber" botched a job in my new home leaving me with leakes everywhere. Scott's Services did a marvelous job not only cleaning up the botched job but actually fixing my plumbing issues. They replaced all faucets and lines leading up to the faucets, replaced garbage disposal, and uncloged a toilet.
They very quickly took care of the issue with my air conditioner to accommodate my schedule. Jose informed me the overflow pipe wasn't installed properly and did the repair correctly. Jose was well informed and very polite. I will definitely use this service in the future. Wendy Awatukee AZ
