Rude, non professional and never fixed the issue. I called and scheduled a diagnosis, I paid for the repair but the AC still wasn't working. They got paid for an incomplete job. Call another company.

Please do your homework before hiring this company. If you have an issue you have the option to report to the Arizona Attorney General since the BBB won't do anything along as the company states you used foul language. Porfavor hagan su tarea antes de contratar con esta company. Y se Tienen un problema tienen la opcion de reportar con Arizona Attorney General. Porque el Better Business bureau no hace nada simplemente porque la compania va decir que usastes palabras vulgarmente.

I had my new a/c install on June of 2021 after almost a year I noticed the air was scaping the furnace and noticed that my two end rooms were not cooling. I called the company for service this is going on the second week waiting on someone to come and repair it. I phoned the company several times and I have been answered by the owner impolitely and he's not willing to take responsibility to send some one out here to repair. He tried to keep sending Antonio Hernandez and he has not been responsible with the times and dates that he said he would come. Overall this company does not have good customer service and does not care for the customer needs, when it comes to repairing their mistakes. I would be submitting a complaint to the registrar of contracts and civil suit for the cost of repairing it myself.
I got a new ac system installed 6-19-21 and it took them a while to get it up and running get it installed Saturday and they had to call another company to come fix it. Keep in mind they still came Sunday to give anther try( father day ) guy left around 10pm Sunday so we had no ac for 3 nights and they send me to a hotel and only payed me for 1 night not even the full amount like they promised I figured they finally fixed it so it was okay but now a month an half later the inside roof is leaking I really hope they can do something about. Big mistake was pay it off right away be careful people I'm not going to lie it was the lowest price for other companies I see why
Called for a service call due to AC problems. Understandably during busy season and new customer status was scheduled for two days later for 9-11am. At 10.45am day of appointment I called and was told "let me check with technician". Then at call back was told "tech was installing compressor and would not be able to get to our home until 2 or 3PM". I was then promised a call 30 minuets out from this new appointment time. At 3pm with another no-show, I called and left a message. Another message at 4pm then 5:30pm. Here it is next day and never received even a courtesy call. I hope they are safe and it is just a case of no follow up. But I have asked myself should I trust this company with hard earned money to install a new unit that cost thousands? I cannot do that.

Had a different A/C company sent out to look at my A/C unit per my home owners warranty and he was talking about needing an electrician come out to wire up for a new unit and he would come back to install it. Thought anything having to do with A/C units was done by the A/C company. Reyna came out and said they do it all, gave me a way better price then the other company and even offered financing. Gave me different options on what could be done and which is best for our needs. They explained everything very thoroughly. Everything is scheduled for the repairs. I would definitely recommend them. You can shop around but I don't think anyone will beat their service, knowledge and price.

Wasted my time for a week telling me to call back or they would call me back to set an appointment for them to do the job they already said they would do. Finally after calling them for over a week they said they can't do it.
