When my unit stopped working they did come out quickly and after looking around for an hour said that I had a leak that they couldn't find and I could "patch the issue" by adding a few pounds of coolant (which I was charged $500 for) I felt hostage because of the heat and didn't know what else to do so I agreed. When he came back to go over the options I couldn't get a direct price or answer on what needed to be fixed. I felt the whole time like I was just being pressured to buy a whole new $15k system. I even asked to just be sent a quote because I was over the sales pitch and still never got one. When it stopped working a week later again, I called another company out to get a second opinion and they said they couldn't even tell if the pressure was low because the units were so dirty. They cleaned the units out, and quickly diagnosed that the fan needed to be replaced. The new technician said and I quote "you wasted your money paying to fill the coolant without diagnosing the real issue".
Great customer service! Explained everything that was inspected and offered different options. Just good, honest service.
We are very pleased with this company. Our A/C went down on the first hottest day of the year and a day before the 4th of July! Oh my goodness, we thought we were going to burn alive until find someone to help us! I called a few friends and one gave me the Promises contact, and they answered my text messages right away, even late at night… Next morning, they called me and before 11a, they were working on my A/C. My AC went out the afternoon of July 4th. The office gave me an 8-10pm service time. I received a text that Jesus was on route at 805pm. He came and did a full ac inspection in the middle of fireworks going on. Come to find out it was my thermostat. He also gave me other options for servicing and cleaning my unit, which had not been touched since 2017. I made the decision to take all of his recommendations and join the club. Most importantly for me is the excellent level of customer service received from the Customer Service Representative who answered the phone and Jesus. I would highly recommend you call them for any and all AC needs you may have.

Marianna was wonderful explaining step by step how and what my appointment would be, which was within a couple hours from my initial call. Jesus called to let me know he was on his way, he arrived, very professional and friendly. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions, he diagnosed the issues, explained all of the items in detail, super helpful, after I agreed to do the work, off he went, he worked diligently and was thorough. I will continue using this company and recommending to all my friends, family and neighbors.

Had Promise Heating & Air Conditioning out to check my AC unit. My technician, Jesus Montes, was very knowledgeable and professional. After a thorough inspection Jesus made a few recommendations and I had him repair those items. I definitely will be using them for all future maintenance. Coral

this is the best company we have found since moving here. the previous reviews are not lying. they are fast, responsive and reliable. were here before 7am on a sunday. josue (i hope i spelled that right, sorry if i didn't) was polite and courteous and professional. jesus went above and beyond to accommodate working with the landlord who lives out of town to get the ac fixed. these are the go to guys from now on.
Jesus was on time friendly and respectful kept me informed through out the process and solved the issue with my mini spit. I highly recommend Promise Air and would definitely use them again and refer them to my friends and family.
