Platinum Refrigeration sets the standard for service! I’ve had platinum out 2 times now for different problems and they are great. Same or next day appointments available and get the job done! The technician that showed up at my house (Omar) exhibited all the skills of a professional that we like and expect. He was on-time, efficient, and knowledgeable. He gave me good information and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with him and the company.
Able was able to fix our AC quickly! We had someone try to rip us off who came to give an estimate if your looking for a honest and trust worthy people these are it!! Very professional and knowledgeable, Thank you once again!

These guys are the real deal. They have repaired our fryer, walk in refrigerator, a/c units, ice machines, cooking line warmers, and the list goes on over the years. They are always honest, fair, and quick to save the day. I have used them for commercial and residential both areas they have been fabulous. I seriously cannot recommend them enough.

Some high quality work here. Had a technician come out in April when my unit stopped blowing cold air. It worked fine for awhile and then I just noticed the same problem. Took a look for myself and it looks like the condenser wires caught fire with the cardboard used to space them out. Human genius.
Bill came to fix our fridge today. He was very safe wearing PPE and efficient with the amount of time spent. A professional from start to finish!

We had a cooling issue on a Sunday, so we contacted our home warranty company. They sent the service request to Platinum Refrigeration and they called monday to setup an appointment for Tuesday between 12-3. They showed up at 12:30 and immediately found the issue and made repair. As well as took extra steps to check some other things to verify everything else was working well. The technician was friendly and took the time to explain what was wrong and answer all my questions. We will definitely recommend them to friends and family
This company is great. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. They arrive on time. They tested, analyzed and determined the problem with my refrigerator and got it working. No excuses, no hidden charges, just good people who care about their work.
I am very impressed and satisfied with the service provided by Oscar from Platinum Refrigeration. He had my AC unit fixed and cooling within 15 mins. He even showed me exactly went wrong with part he replaced and made sure to take several temperature readings to make sure my unit was cooling properly. Oscar was also very pleasant and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Platinum Refrigeration!

Excellent service by kind and knowledgeable technician. Omar serviced my refrigerator and was clean, quick, quiet, and professional. He was able to find a recall on my refrigerator and was able to fix it at minimal cost to me. He kept me informed at all times and even made a call a few days later making sure my appliance continued to work properly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
We had a great experience with this company! Omar diagnosed and temporarily repaired our AC unit in the heat of the summer until the part he needed came in. He was quick to schedule and come out to install the permanent part when it arrived. He was humble, professional and attentive to our questions and needs. Thank you for a job well done!
