What more can I say, Patrick Riley always goes above and beyond to help diagnose potential issues without making the customer feel pressured to buy something. They tell the truth and help you understand so that you can make an educated decision.
A great experience and a great job, The A/C in my 95 year old parents home went out the day befoer the 4th of July Holiday, Patrick Riley/Isley's responded quickly, Curtis the tech they sent was very knowlegable and did a great job explaining the options and details, he did everyting he could to get them back up and cooling, and even provided a temporary A/C unit to cool a room so they could use it while waiting for the equipment. He was able to schedule on the 5th at 6 am and the crew was right on time, very friendly and easy to work with. The guys did an excellent job, very helpful with the use of the system and explaining everything. Their work was clean and very professional I would definately recommend them and I will certainly use them again.
Hello, I couldn't find better words to express my gratitude to Curtis and the top quality service he had given in handling our AC breakdown crisis. Curtis was called to arrange a visit on June 29th to assess the issues with the AC breakdown in our unit. By the time he finished the diagnosis, it was already after 6PM and he had to run to help other customers. When he got to know that I had some medical conditions that can not tolerate extended hours of heat, not only did he called right away to assure he will be come, he actually brought his personal portable AC to help me through the night. Moreover, he stayed on the top of this case by working overnight, the time when he completed the measurement of dimensions for new AC installation , it was already midnight. He then ran back to finish the paper work so the installation technicians can go ahead to do the work the first thing in the next morning. By the time all is ready to go it was after 2AM the next day. On the next day when he finished his other work, he drop by again to check if everything is ok, Since I was stuck outside and was not at home, then he made his efforts to get me so he could examine everything onsite if they are completed per standard. He closed this case perfectly and left me (the customer) with a high high mark on the quality provided by Patrick Riley | Isley's, The name and his name will be on carved as the top service professionals I have ever seen. It is actually beyond the service, but rather so much care for me as the one relying on the AC function. Curtis is the top professional I have seen so far, caring with high integrity, clear-to-point communications, acting with expertises to solve problems and willing to move beyond to help me as the customer. Had all air ducts, coil and blower cleaned by Angel and Bryan on 6/29/23. My wife and I were very pleased with how professional these techs worked. They walked us through each phase of what they were doing. (showing us before and after pictures as they worked) Great job Patrick Riley/Isley.
The tech was extremely professional and I probably over-spent way too much $ going for the best systems and in add ons.. no regrets. I blame him for being so awesome.

Gene is very professional, efficient, quality workmanship, and work ethics. He explains the work project before he begins and how it will improve the efficiency, ie water loss over time. Parts break down over the years and better parts installed today to 2 outside faucets. He also checked my washer for any problems. He made the rounds of my plumbing areas inside to be sure no other issues were found. He is very personable and has excellent customer service! He did not become inpatient with my multiple questions. He is certainly an asset to your company. Be proud of that! Keep up the great work, Gene! This world needs guys like you! Thank you!
I had been having problems with my air conditioning keeping the whole house cool so I decided to call Patrick Riley Heating & Plumbing. Cristian and Juan came to the house and provided an excellent service. Not only were they timely, but they were efficient and clean. The air conditioning works SO much better now. I can't believe how much it needed upkeep. I was pleasantly surprised that my house seemed more clean after they left a room than before! I absolutely recommend this company if you need anything done to your house. They even took pictures along the way to show you what they were doing to keep you updated. Thanks again!
Gene and Caine came to my house to check on a small leak in my Water Softener System. Gene determined the source of the leak, repaired the leak, and explained why the leak occurred. He even put a covering on the tank- no charge. Thank you for excellent service!
Gene did a fabulous job replacing our hot water tank. He was prompt, professional, and personable. All questions regarding our plumbing needs were addressed. We won’t hesitate to contact him for any future plumbing needs.
