I called PARKER & Sons to wire up a 4-wire stove outlet. They were initially very responsive, but when the electrician showed up and evaluated the job, he stated that he needed someone skinnier to climb in the attic so the job was postponed a week. The next week my technician shows up again by himself. When I asked where his help was he told me that he should be here. The helper never showed up! The electrician struggled through this wiring job for about 9 hours and finally got the plug installed, but not before cutting several holes in my ceiling which their drywall department will now have to fix. This means another day of my time sitting with drywallers…not happy. Not likely to use this company again.

Mackenzie was an amazing technician.he went above and beyond. He was very nice to my kids and animals . He will be my preferred technician. It was an amazing experience all the way around. I have had had some negative ones in the past. This one was great. If I was a business owner he would be the employee I wanted.

Called to make an appointment and told them I would be home all day. Whoever answered my call was very kind, and was able to set up an appointment immediately. In fact, they were able to come out the next day which was amazing! The next day, they called back and left a message saying that I needed to verify someone was home. 20 minutes later I saw I had a missed call, and it was Parker & sons, telling me I needed to verify someone was home. I told them I would be home all day. Lastly, they called me back 40 minutes later and left a message saying that I needed to verify someone was home. When I called back, they told me that the technician had cancelled the appointment due to be unable to confirm if I was home or not. Overall, the service over the phone was top-notch, but Having to return calls every 30 minutes to ensure I’m home throughout the day isn’t fun. I know next to nothing about HVAC repair, but luckily I knew enough to go with someone else after this incident.

I had 2 ac units installed by Parker & Sons through Home Depot 3 years ago. I paid ~25k for the two units with a supposedly spectacular warranty. 3 yrs later, I'm already paying $95 for a failed capacitor bc my 'industry leading warranty has a $95 deductible for any service call. I expressed my unhappiness that I was paying for parts this soon, but was basically told, "That's the way it is." Then they had the audacity to try to sell me on replacing my other two units with the same system bc of how great it is. Yeah, no thanks...

We were experiencing water hammer when flushing our toilets. Charles diagnosed that the problem was caused by high water pressure so he installed a water pressure regulator. He also discovered that the handle to the water shutoff was broken off so he replaced it. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. Service was quick and efficient. We have always been happy with any repairs/installations that Parker has done for us so use them when we have water heating or plumbing problems.

Zach was great. He walked in and introduced himself. Read the inspection report and did exactly what we needed to repair and close on our house. Talk about on time professional and very knowledgeable. He removed all the aluminum wiring within the house and brought it back to code.

Our air conditioner broke and we scheduled a technician to come to our house between 2-6 pm. We never heard from them between that time period and when we called to confirm if they were still coming, we were given the run around from 3 different people. Needless to say, we never heard from a technician and nobody ever came. Being busy is understandable but poor communication is not. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by such a reputable company. We were able to find 2 different companies that provided us common courtesy and at minimum gave us an update if they were running behind. I would not recommend this company based on their poor communication and customer service. They also wanted us to pay for a warranty before ever coming to assess our air conditioner unit-red flag!

Appreciated that Alex was a come on July 4th to rescue us. He fixed our AC quickly. He also recognized an additional issue (the cooling fan was wired incorrectly and pulling hot into the AC unit rather than blowing it out!) All our questions were answered. Alex is just a great guy.

Parker and Sons has been absolutely amazing since I moved to Phoenix. They’ve done most of my maintenance, and did such a good job at it that I had them add a 2ton mini-split system for my wife and I’s home offices. That went so well I added another air-handler to the master bedroom! Courteous and helpful sales people that followed up. The installers were on time, finished the install in one day like they said, and cleaned up after themselves. Oh, and they were cheaper than the other quotes I got on the same type of system. You owe it to yourself to at least get a quote if you’re doing anything A/C related!

We've been pushing off the Replacement of a new AC for years now, but this year it seemed that it wasn't going to make it to another summer so we decided to call Parker and Sons. They were very responsive to our call and we didn't have to sit in a 90 degree house for long. They came that day told us that they could repair it (versus telling us first that we need it a new one) and the AC worked pretty good until we decided to get a new AC through them. They got us scheduled for a new AC that same week and we are really excited for our new AC!!! I loved how patient they were in answering my questions and concerns. Thank you Parker & Son's!!!!!

I had electric and plumbing done. Sam the electrian installed 2 much needed outlets and replaced outdoor lights. Lance the plumber replaced all 3 bathroom fixtures. Both Sam and Lance professional and great with animals. Went over options to meet my needs and the price and time of projects. All projects done in a timely manner, clean, and done to specs. I was not expecting an A/C emergency so soon, and dreaded the possibility that I'd have to buy a whole new unit! My A/C stopped working, and it was 113° outside, and getting increasingly hot INSIDE too. I called Parker & Sons expecting I may have to wait a couple days for repair, and so grateful Dean said they could fit me in the next day! Thank you Dean! To my surprise, I ended up being Eric's first call of the day (out of many, no doubt). He immediately diagnosed the issue, presented me with my options, and took care of it! Thank you Eric! Two hours later, and my house is nice and cool again! And it's July 4th, to boot! Thank you so, SO very much! You guys are awesome!

My shower needed a cartridge valve replaced but hex screw was stripped. Called them out and they charged me $1,112 to cut off and replace the unit. It took 20 secs to get handle off then they left to buy shower kit. It took 20 mins to install...so...when asked why so much they stated AI gets all prices around USA and decided this cost. The kit had to be no more than $250 so the rest is labor??? I have never been so taken advantage of in my life. The serviceman was polite and did an excellent job....but I think I need some type of refund. This is horrible and debating to call BBB.
