If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. This company is NOT trustworthy. I called them to schedule a yearly maintenance on my AC I bought from them 2 years ago. They originally scheduled me for 6/22 from 12-4 pm. We waited all day and no call until almost 4 pm when they told us that they weren’t going to be able to make it out to us and would need to reschedule. We rescheduled to 6/27 from 7 am- 10 am. 9:30 am comes around and still no call from them on ETA for the technician. We called them and were told we weren’t on the schedule for today, but then told right after that they had a call out and had a back up technician that was going to pick up the van and head over to us. By 11:30 no technician had showed up and we received a call stating that the tech’s van had broken down on the way over, but the manager himself, James, was going to come and maintenance it. He had to first go get the van towed, then come over so we were given a window of 1-2 pm. 2 pm came and went and we called them back and they said they weren’t going to be able to come out today, that we needed to r/s to tomorrow or Friday. We told them that we weren’t available tomorrow and if it was going to be Friday they better be here at 7:30 am because we weren’t gonna wait around all day again. When speaking to the manager, Brandon, he told us he could have their “sister company” come out today by 5 pm at no charge. Someone from another AC company came around 4:30 and stated that they had never heard of One Stop Heating and Cooling, and that they had called and spoken to me over the phone, even though the person they spoke with was named Erin… which just so happens to be the name of another manager at One Stop. I had never spoken to this other AC company, and the number they had on file wasn’t my number. They also stated that someone had booked the AC company online and paid with a credit card, with a note stating “Don’t talk to tenant/ don’t tell the tenant anything.” So, it looks like One Stop
One Stop Heating & Cooling was very responsive to my needs. The fixed my AC unit until they had the replacement unit in stock. Worked closely with Jeff who coordinates the entire deal and the installers JJ and Damien were very professional and punctual in their installation of the unit. Edit: I tried to get a quote for an installation of a new unit and they ghosted me.
Liked Damien- he is excellent. Cannot say enough good things about him. CEO followed up after the service. Will use One-Stop again.
We have had this company for a couple of years and will continue to use them. Not once have we had an issue with them. Our technician today was Damien Dominguez. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, punctual and was very honest with us. I will definitely ask for him in our next six month check.
Always a great experience with One Stop Heating and Cooling. Very trustworthy people. Damien was excellent and fixed our issue promptly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good AC business.
August in Arizona is a bear as it is with the heat outside but when you a/c stops working at 5:10pm and it's steadily rising past 80 degrees it turns into a nightmare. One stop was the only one that answered the call after 5pm and within 25 minutes Damien showed up at my door! Angel in disguise! He was so friendly and careful with everything. Polite and knowledgeable on all things A/C. He fixed the issue fast and even gave me pointers on how best to care for my system to help prolong it's life. I appreciate him sharing this knowledge with me and for being so kind and professional throughout his visit! One Stop Heating & Cooling really saved the day! I highly recommend requesting Damien if you can as he will make sure you are treated with care and taken care of! Thank you!
Third time I’ve used this company and it won’t be the last. The name says it all. I was surprised she was able to get me in same day and she recognized the urgency. Damien came on-site and we were disappointed when it started raining but that didn’t deter him on identifying and fixing the problem. He quickly addressed all the issues with the wiring and thermostat issues! Big shout out to you Damien and office team for taking care of our family and keeping us cool. Appreciate the swiftness!
Our air conditioner was malfunctioning, so we called One Stop Heating & Cooling. Damien was so polite and professional, he called before he came and was quiet while our 9-month-old daughter was trying to sleep. He was quick, clean, courteous, and got our AC running as good as new!
I was able to schedule a same-day appointment for a tune-up. The technician, Damien, was able to show up early and was very professional/knowledgeable. In addition to the maintenance service, Damien took the time to discuss my issues with my new thermostat and a quote for a new AC unit due to the age of my current unit.
Damien was punctual, professional, and even personable. He was quick to diagnose and fix the problem with the unit (blown capacitor, go figure), and he also explained what might have happened to cause it. Excellent job, would highly recommend.
I would highly recommend One Stop for your HVAC needs. Our system went down because a rat ate the wires and Damien was there the next morning. On a Sunday. He was very responsive and professional. Called me when he was done to assure I was satisfied. What a great company!!
I've used this company a couple of times now. They are the most honest company I have ever used. If you want a piece of mind in knowing that the job is done right definitely go with guys. You'll be glad you did
Amazing! I had my AC replaced this last Saturday and was so nervous about it. One Stop made the whole process easy and fast. They even sent us instructions so that we could prepare for the installation. I have used this company for years and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work guys.
These guys were fantastic. Our AC went out on a Saturday, and I called dozens of companies in the valley, they were the only ones that could have someone here, same day. Damian was an incredible, and honest technician. He found the issue instantly and fixes our AC within minutes. He was professional, and took extra time to educate me on what he was doing and ways I could keep the AC from breaking again. I highly recommend calling One Stop.
Damien came out the same evening we called. My office casita wasn't cooling well. He was very professional and explained things to me thoroughly. He suggested some tweaks to wiring and added refrigerant. Came in to the office this AM and it was nice and cool. Good people.
We had an AC problem when our AC started to not get cold anymore. We called out so many companies who came out and could not tell us what's wrong with our AC unit. Finally we called One stop heating and cooling LLC and family worker and Damian who was the best help and did the best job to get our house and 8 kids cold again 🥶. I would recommend one stop heating and cooling LLC to all family and friends who needs AC maintenance.
I've been a customer of One Stop Heating & Cooling for 2 years. The customer service provided on site is the best! The technicians are very respectful and address the issues with a lot of knowledge. They answer all of my questions, and explain things throughly. I will continue to use their services, I trust them with my AC needs.
If I could give minus 5 stars, I would! Jeff came out to inspect my AC that was not blowing cold air. I "specifically asked him to call me before doing any work". He did not. He said my prop mgr told him to just fix it. I told my mgr exactly what Jeff said, and was confirmed from not only my mgr but from others who use their service, that they never say, "just fix it." So, Jeff then unprofessionally rescinds his previously reply with, "so, I don't understand, so you did not want me to repair it then?" If I would have said, "no" I'm sure he would have tried to charge me $200+ for just going there, when he originally said an inspection would only be $60. It was not urgent, no one was going to be living there for 2 weeks. Per my regular HVAC guy (who was out of town) said the part was only $40-50. I paid $398 to Jeff. This seems like a total scam when on his invoice it reads trip charge $0.00 so this means that his labor is $350+. And to make the situation even more unprofessional he suggests that a only 5 year old AC needs to be replaced for $9,000.00 ...WTH!? No way! For those out there that do not know. Many HVAC companies mark up the parts or device that they install not just by a little, but as you can see in this situation by an enormous ridiculous amount. He, like many others take advantage of the AZ heat as a way to ream customers. I will never use his services again, and I "definitively do not" recommend Jeff of One Stop Heating & Cooling LLC!!!
Called One Stop based off of all the great reviews and was not disappointed. They got me on the schedule for same day service and although they got behind on their schedule I was kept posted along the way. Jeff was the tech that arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem we had with the leaking unit; made his recommendations and with my approval got to work right away. Before leaving he explained what he had done, showed me the work and gave me directions on how to maintain the float switches he had installed and cleaned up before leaving. Highly Recommend that you give them a try. I'm not able to post another review for the same company, but just wanted to update on another great experience. 5/26 called because A/C was not cooling, scheduled same day service. Tech Damien arrived at the scene courteous and very professional. These units are old and expecting that they may kick the bucket soon; he assessed the problem and just needed a new capacitor, he could have told me anything and I probably would not have know the difference. He mentioned that the units have seen better days but still working fine, he provided me an approximate quote for replacement for if and when we decide to replace.
Holiday weekend 2 other companies canceled. ONE STOP was not only prompt they arrived within 30 minutes of the call and were 10 minutes earlier than scheduled. Fast Professional and Friendly
