Robert P was very informative and professional. Our AC had gone out and our regular Company were not able to help us until the next evening. He came out looked at a few things replaced the fuses that went out and the house had all ready cooled the house by 1degree before he left.. thank you Meadow AC for coming to the rescue....
First, I do not do reviews for anything be it good, bad, indifferent ... I'm simply a reserved and private person. That said, leaving a review of Meadow Air is very high praise from me. The heat pump quit on my home back in March '23. I shopped around with a few companies since the weather was mild and wouldn't need heat/AC for a couple weeks. I eventually decided on a company and called Meadow Air to cancel them coming out to an estimate since it takes an hour to get to my home (I live south of Maricopa) and I didn't think I would change my mind at that point. The dispatcher, Gary, was very friendly and professional the entire time and said they'd still like to come out to give me an estimate. I'm glad they did because I ended up going with Meadow Air. They were not the least expensive option, but I feel I got the best bang for my buck with them. I explained my future plans for the home and my current budget. We ended up deciding on replacing the heat pump, blower, and outside unit with an LKQ heat pump, a bigger blower, and new outside inverter unit. We also decided to do the AeroSeal duct sealing addon after the new units were installed to alleviate heating/cooling loss through holes or cracks in the 20 year old HVAC ducting. The new units were installed at the end of April and the AeroSeal was done a week later. I've been extremely happy with the units' performance thus far. I've had Meadow come out two more times since the install for minor issues, 1) For a squeaky door when the unit is running (fixed by adding a couple bumper pads) and 2) The inside coils freezing over when I left the cover off for a few hours while repairing the floor just outside the unit and left the house (Put the cover back on so the blower will pull the air over the coils). Both were very easy fixes and just a matter of me being unfamiliar with the unit itself. The AeroSeal was the most impressive bit though. Price was great. I had several bids everyone else said the opening to my attic was to small and would require a larger opening and drywall paint ect = money. Their installers just took a couple of hours to disassemble then reassemble in the attic. My A/C bills are down 25-30% over last years bills. Great Company highly recommend. Just had a six month check and the tech Corey without even asking spotted a problem and asked me if I was using the washable filters. He explained why they are not good so I have replaced them and the new disposable filter has improved the room temperatures

This company replaced my unit almost 3 years ago. I decided to use them again for a problem I was having with the AC. It was not the ac it was a clogged condenser pipe. He told me after ruling out couple of tests and went straight to it. I like the honesty and felt he was here to help me which he did. The Service charge was waived and I decided to sign up for their yearly Service plan which in my view was more than fair. Thanks John for convincing me to have trust and honesty in your company!
AC replacement, have used Meadow Air for service over the last 3 years and they have always been honest, reliable and fair. I have recommend Meadow Air to friends who also have had excellent service. Just had AC service done by Robert from Meadow Air nice guy. Nothing like honestly and professionalism to earn my business. I used Rescue One Air last time and the guy comes from the attic with $1500 worth of work needing done on a year old Lennox system to which I declined. Then he charged me $259 to clean the coils with a solution. I will definitely use Meadow Air for my next AC needs.

these guys are great our AC. went out on monday and today we have cool air. not that it gets hot in phoenix //yeah right /5-01-2023 today was routine summer prep .. check system and clean coils
