I was pleased with their service, Alex sale rep gave me a great deal, Anna from the office was very nice and helpful, Nick and Lazaro did an amazing job installing my AC. This was a very GREAT experience, and I will recommend Manny to my friends and family.
My A/C motor gave out, it was a 19year old unit, the same day I called they came out within 3 hours. Manny himself came out to my home to do the estimate and process my application. Everything was explained very throughly and very clear. From Ana the first contact, the installation guys to Manny himself everyone was very polite. Very professional. I am very happy I reached out to Manny’s Air to acquire my new unit ! Thank you Manny’s Air!

no lo recomiendo falta de atencion compre una unidad en febrero y ahora que necesito que venga alguien a revisarla no hay nadie independiente del contrato esto es arizona las temperaturas son extremadamentes altas y que tenemos que hacer ahora mi casa eta super caliente y no puedo pedir a otra compania a que revise por que no me haran valer la garantias de la unidad ... pesimo servicio,.....

Very unprofessional Doesn’t take anyone serious Tried to get us to pay 3,000 to repair when we got a second look and it ended up being 450 part. Very disgusted with how everything was handled and just very sad to see our lives mean nothing. They had us waiting for half a week in this heat!!! Too much
Really bad customer service and they won’t listen to you they install two AC units in charge me $20,000 with no insulation had roof leaks from left to right in area area that they install the air ducks please beware will be contacting the ROC
BEWARE and BE VERY PROTECTIVE of your elderly loved ones! A rep sold an HVAC to an old 85 year old (my family) who not only didn't understand but also hustled her into financing a system twice as much as it's worth. I can't understand why people take advantage of elderly people with no income, the inability to speak English and and having documents signed that are not in Spanish. Once my family found out, we tried to resolve it immediately with the financing company who then informed us that not only did this sound like fraud, but that my family member was put on a financing plan (not given an option) that didn't benefit her at all (no deferred interest and a very high interest rate). VERY DISAPPOINTING. We then called the owner Manny to discuss and come to a resolution that was fair for both parties. The owner was not understanding and insisted that my 85 year old family member consented to all despite the fact of his rep having her sign paperwork on his phone that she could not read. After two hours of negotiation, Many reduced the price by 1k (was 4k oversold) and was unwilling to budge. Even though it wasn't the outcome we wanted, it was agreed upon and many family members decided to pay it in full to prevent the extra interest fees and to be done with the dilemma. Many then stated that he needed to contact the financing company and get the new numbers in order to take a full payment and it should only take up to 24 hours. My family was hesitant due to the lack of a moral compass that both parties (rep and owner) have demonstrated in which we expressed. Manny then stated, "you have my word, I will not rescind in the agreement, I am a man of my word". We waited two days with no phone calls. We called several times on day 3 and was told Manny was unavailable. On day 4, Manny contacted a family member to say that he is not honoring the agreement and that everything he said was to appease the family. WOW, the little faith we had in the company to de
Trash. That’s all I can say. I bought a new unit 2 years ago and it broke down 2 times last year. Now this year it broke down 2 more time in the past month and it’s down again as of 8/23/21 that’s 3 in the last month. Each time it was a $175 charge or more. I don’t recommend this company to anyone. Highly regret coming here.

Es agradable cerrar tratos claros y rápidos. La instalación de la unidad fue muy pronto y profesional, pero el zapato de soporte me dijeron que era preperforado para evitar acumulación de agua y no fue así, creo que me sentí un poco mal cuando me dejaron notar su desconfianza a la hora de finiquitar el trato, es vergonzoso que piensen que no hay personas honestas
Just another company that doesn't have time to work with people just to busy i bought an A/C unit 13 yrs and still going just started giving me problems well after 13 years it's time for a new A/C Unit
Person was very helpful and professional, explained very well all work being done at the house and explain contract and help get loan asap. Everything was excellent with Manny's air it's recommended at 💯%

I don't even know where to start, first of all this company installed a new AC unit a year ago and to this day I am still having water leaks inside my house when it rains. July 4, 2018 is when the unit was installed, yeah on a holiday and I did appreciate them for doing that, but had I known all the trouble and stress this would cause me, I would of waited another day to hire a different company. Now it's December 2019, woke up on Christmas day to find a puddle inside my house, thanks for ruining my Christmas, and now the day after I called to let them know what is still happening and the person I spoke to said someone would call me to set up an appointment with a technician, I'm currently still waiting for that call.
