This is a very racist place I went here looking for work and they all looked at me like there was a problem with me being here. There's nothing but white blond hair people working her not one minority, and the only minority that was working there got fired there second day for not communicating enough. Even after 5 phone calls telling them there trying to get there car tire fixed but didn't have the money to do so, and they fired him. It's definitely not a minority friendly business and only seeks white customers as well as employees. Very rude and unsociable. Wouldn't hire this business to do any work for me. They use metal tape where they should use duct seal to seal connections. They don't use dampers to help adjust air flow, they don't check static, temps, or heat strips before leaving the house. Also don't set up the thermostats for the customers before leaving the house. There all together not a good practicing company either. I like a company that I can trust and that makes me feel comfortable with the product I'm buying as well as my home being in good hands and this ain't it.
My a/c is not fixed yet but not at any fault of anyone as the call was just made this morning. My son has cancer so the heat has been taking its toll on him. These guys came so quick, assessed and diagnosed the problem and put in an order to our rental company. I appreciate how quickly you guys responded! Thank you!
I usually only leave bad messages but this company replaced my condenser fan motor and the price was great. They always do a great job as I have them service my unit every year. This time they installed a CFM

Have used Liberty to maintain a 25 year old airconditioner for a couple years. The knowledge and level of service provided was excellent, regardless of which tech came by. Liberty provided a competitive bid for the replacement unit. It was a easy choice. The installation was done a couple days after signing the agreement. Installation went well, owner of the company was part of the crew. The unit had an unusual issue, was corrected in a very short period of time. This company stands behind their products and work, highly recommend them.
I had my annual AC and heating maintenance checkup done on 4/6/23. The service person, Timmy, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me as he worked. Also gave good advice on cleaning and how to keep the unit in good running order. I really appreciated all Timmy did and feel good about having good equipment as the hot summer approaches. Thank you and please send Timmy next year for my annual maintenance. Mark Jackson
Paid a grip for a thermostat installation in July due to A/C not blowing cold air, turned on the heat in Nobember and no heat!!! When I called about this I was advised I’d be charged another service fee. No thank you. I went with another company only to find out Liberty had INCORRECTLY installed the thermostat. I will never use Liberty again. Well done Liberty, well done.

My AC went out in the beginning of June. Needless to say, my home was hot and miserable! I caller Liberty and spoke to Morgan about replacing my AC. I was quoted a lower price than the competition, and they were able to come out to install the new AC unit the next day. I'm so grateful for their quick and expedient response, and also for their professionalism. I recommend Liberty for anyone's AC needs.
***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*** After 17 years with a Liberty AC unit (which by the way, was still working)...I wanted to replace it because I did not want to "guess" when it would go out on us and/or having to replace when we reached hotter Arizona temperatures. Your phone answerer (Morgan), price estimator/inspector (Timmy) and Installers (Chris & Christain) were all AWESOME!! A call was made to your company (for a new AC) - estimate was scheduled and provided, paperwork was signed, scheduling was made around my schedule (and very quick), and my new AC unit was installed in less than 3 hours! **THANK YOU SO MUCH, LIBERTY!!** (You have a very happy customer)
We have used Liberty Cooling and Heating for the past 7+ years and have always had excellent service. They installed a new air conditioning system and have been back each year to service the system at a very reasonable rate.
I called Liberty Cooling & Heating when the A/C unit went out on my RV resort park model home. They had installed the old unit 12 years prior and actually still had all the information concerning the previous install. Trey came out the same day I called to take a look at the unit and they had a quote for me within one day. Timmy even called me back on a Saturday when I had questions about the new unit. I accepted their quote on a Monday at 8 AM and the unit was installed the next day by 8:30 AM. Unbelievable service. Christian (30 years at the company) and Chris did a great job installing the unit and they actually showed up early on the install day, installing the unit in less than 2 hours. Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Amber, Morgan and Shelly in the office did a great job of getting the install done so quickly. I can highly recommend Liberty Cooling & Heating for any A/C needs you might have.

The Liberty cooling professionals came to my home and replaced my old and outdated A/C with total respect to my home and my family. They were quick to give me an estimate.
