As I used Lee Collins in the past, my AC was not blowing air so I Made a service call early this morning, they were able to send a repairman within an hour. Employee contacted me upon arrival and after the repair was made to let me know what he had done. Since I was not on location, I appreciated the feedback and fast intervention. AC is back cooling again. Great job and thank you for fast service response.
Ten star customer service! Our condenser failed on a 110+ degree day. After battling with our home warranty company (and moving to an Airbnb for a week) we spoke with David and he, Paul, and Iseah came out right away and replaced the condenser. They then came back to check that everything was working as it should. We will sing the praises and will be loyal customers of Lee Collins Air Conditioning forever!

Emiliano and Hope were phenomenal! They were very timely and were quick to get the repairs done on our unit. Highly recommend to everyone in need of heating or ac unit repairs! In addition to the repairs a few weeks ago our units compressor and fan motor went out. David, Bryan, and Paul all helped ensure that a new unit was put on our house in a very timely manner. Our new unit is great, and we look forward to working with Lee Collins for any other cooling or heating reapairs!
Blower motor went out on our AC unit. Answering service was very friendly and got a technician out right away who was also friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Thanks for making my condo cool again!
I called because my AC wasn’t cooling and it was getting super hot in my house. Paul was able to get to my house in an hour and fixed the problem. He was so nice, super professional, and overall great human. Pricing is extremely fair and I couldn’t recommend this company more! 10 stars!!

The office personnel was friendly and knowledgeable. She quickly set up an appointment for me. She explained all costs clearly. The technician called before arriving and was even earlier than scheduled appointment time. The technician was friendly and professional. He did a thorough inspection and even took pictures of my HVAC system for documentation. Excellent service and I will definitely continue to use their services.
