After my water heater went out, I called my warranty and they arranged a service call with Klein Heating and cooling. Had a technician in my house within 3 days and a replacement water heater within 2 days. I can’t say how grateful I am!! With the cold weather approaching, no more cold showers. Technicians were very professional and quick. The whole process was extremely fast from start to finish and very convenient. Definitely making Klein Heating and cooling my service provider from now on.
Very prompt, professional and pleasant service at a competitive price. Yesterday afternoon we noticed that our hot water heater was not heating up the water. We researched online and found Klein Heating and cooling to be best rated. Now we know why. We called them last night. After determining what we needed they explained their recommendation and made an appointment. Tech came right on time this morning and now we have a new water heater. Klein Heating and cooling has the perfect name. Their customer service is excellent. Their plumbers are knowledgeable and professional, and prices are fair. I trust them. I had called another local plumbing company who came and took pictures, but I never heard from them again. I assume they were not up to the task. Klein Heating and cooling installed my original ac unit many years ago, and when it needed replacing I got them to supply and fit the replacement units. I have a maintenance contract with them and they visit twice a year for a service. I've always been happy with the service, the engineers are prompt and friendly.
Klein Heating and cooling technician was really professional and helpful. He explained everything in a way I could understand. He was honest about all the repairs needed and why it was needed and what to look out for if problems ever happen again. I would definitely recommend them for others.
Noticed a lengthy crack in our main stack which was consequently leaking. Thankfully Klein Heating and cooling was able to schedule the work the very next day. Klein Heating and cooling plumbing team were very professional and were able to fix the problem despite having to complete the work under very restricted conditions. I would highly recommend Klein Heating and cooling.
My shower has slowly been losing its power when the hot water is turned on. Klein Heating and cooling plumber arrived promptly at 8:30 a.m. and diagnosed the issue, saying that, given what I told him, the problem was likely the cartridge. He cautioned that this was only a 60% likelihood. He then gave me my options. He was courteous, very efficient and explained the problem in detail that I, a non-plumber, could understand. I hope to have him back when we go forward with the repairs.
Turned on the hose in the backward ended up with water in the basement. Turned off the water in the house. A very nice young man from Klein Heating and cooling was able to come in the same day (Friday). Fixed the basement issue and also took the time to look at the leak under the kitchen sink and repaired it as well without breaking the bank. We will go to them next time when plumbing is required.
The team at Klein Heating and cooling was great. They explained all the work that needed to be done and how best to accomplish it.
I was new to using Klein Heating and cooling. Needed air fix quick and found them in the phone book (yes I still have one). They arrived when they said they would. Found the problem and fix it super quick. Will recommend them to anyone who needs service for ac or heating. Thank you guys so much. This heat is already to much for me.

Klein Heating and cooling did an awesome job! They came out to do a biannual checkup. On time and totally professional!!! The tech explained every step of the process. Didn't try to up sell anything additional. Everything checked out perfectly!
Was taking care of my son's house when his air-conditioning went out. Called Klein Heating and cooling and they sent a technician. He came out earlier than expected. Was one of the few companies that could send somebody out in the same day. Super nice guy did a super job, very friendly very honest. I think the price was very fair for what had to be done. I would use this company over and over.
I am very pleased with the advice Klein Heating and cooling technician gave me. I never met him and only messaged him for a quote. My AC has not been working for 2 weeks now. And weather is hot like heck! Instead of him coming over and charging me a huge bill, he gave us a couple tips for free. My AC now works! I appreciate the honesty and integrity that he has. I don't feel like a customer that was being hustled for money. I will be sure to use this company in the future for when my AC decides to not work anymore altogether.
Klein Heating and cooling technician was excellent. He called when he knew he was going to be late, and went through everything carefully. What I really like is he did not try to push anything else on us. In fact, he saved us some money. Highly recommend this company.
I can't say enough how great this company is and how great they treat their customers from the initial call to the technicians that come out to your home. Not only did they not try to sell me something I didn't need they offered me see tips on how to keep my two units working better longer. Thank you Klein Heating and cooling, great work.

Loved that they were on time and they kept us up to date on where we were on the schedule. Technician was pleasant, informative, and even showed us an issue with the dampener that out last company missed. I will be going with Klein Heating and cooling from now on!
