I have been almost 2 months without air, because my warranty company and Kappa don't get their act together. I live in Mesa, AZ, it's been 116°, I am almost 80 years old and I have a diabetic 1 in my house. This was explained they don't seem to care.

Very happy with the service Anthony from Kappa Air provided. He quickly identified the issue and had it resolved, plus recommended a way to ensure this would not occur again, which we agreed to (smart start for capacitors). Highly recommend.

Regardless who the technician is, they always arrive within the window that they provide. They are all phenomenal because they not only explain the 2. Thanks, flying how they're going to fix it. And even show you extremely trustworthyAC company we've ever used.

Was a customer via a Home Warranty Company assignment, and their onsite tech left a piece unhooked that caused more issues. Never felt confident that these guys were doing anything more than a money grab thru the warranty business.

Techs were both terrific! It is terrible working out on the roof in the heat! The first Tech even was kind enough to install the Nest Thermostat for me on top of doing the A/C! Love & Prayers for both of them!!!

Our warranty assigned Kappa Air to us to fix the main A/C in our home. Paid $900 for parts that was not covered by First American Home Warranty to bring the unit up to code and within 30 days the unit is not cooling again. We were told to call them within 30 days if there is a problem but no one answered, we tried multiple days with multiple attempts. Now we are on day 31st, they finally picked up and said its out of warranty and refused to fix the problem because we didn’t called within 30 days lol. They might do a good job but you can never get a hold of them.

System went out on a holiday weekend so took a couple of days to schedule although once scheduled went flawlessly. Brandon communicated when he was about 30 minutes away. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and repaired same visit. Very professional. Would definitely recommend

I’ve been without AC for 8 days. It seems if you’re going with a warranty co service isn’t so great. They haven’t returned any of my text or calls. I work out of town and have to make special arrangements for someone to be at my house. Crickets at Kaapa Air. Oh they did come out on day 4 and left me with an expensive invoice. I requested to speak with about the charges in several text and phone call messages. No response.

This company was scheduled to work on my home. Unfortunately they stopped answering my calls and text and left us to schedule with another company. Our ac went down and we ended up burning 6 days waiting on them. It's the summer time, I understand they are busy but to be professional is key. Unfortunately this company is not and wouldn't recommend

My A/C isn’t working Brandon came out to look at it and within one minute he told me what the issue was. He took the time to show me what was broken and how my system works

Incompetent Incompetent Incompetent. Did I mention "Incompetent". Best thing I did was demand another company to come out since Kappa was backed up a week. Here's what happened: First day came out and replaced a couple thing and I was told they needed a part. Got part in and came 2 days later. Installed said part. Then I was told that I need an electrician. Electrician came out 5 days later. Electrician said "nothing wrong with wiring". This is when I contacted Kappa and was told they were booked out a week. I reached out to my home warranty company and demanded another AC person come. They had someone out the next day. New AC guy came out and saved the day. Fixed the screw that Kappa put through my homes wiring (when they replaced the first part). Then they fixed the board that the wiring was incorrectly put in. At this point, the breaker quit popping (because of the screw through the wiring). The new company told me the whole problem was the wire outside was shorting out and it was a simple fix. Waited 8 days to finally have someone competent to come out and walla my AC was fixed with about 3 hours. 2.5 hours of that was fixing Kappa's errors. 30 minutes to fix actual problem. I also requested management to call me today so I could give them an opportunity to make it right and I was ignored. If I could do negative stars I would. This was sooooooo BAD.

I have scheduled AC Tuneups for both my primary and rental property a few weeks ago. I received email confirmations and a phone call confirming my appointment for today 04/19/2023. Nobody showed nor called. I had to take time off work and this was an inconvenience for my tenants. When I reached out to the company, they texted me they wouldn’t be able to service my homes until May. There was a lack of empathy as I requested a call back from the manager and still have not received a call. This company is unprofessional and unreliable. This company has cost me time and money waiting. Completely unacceptable and not happy with the service. I am still waiting to be rescheduled but at this point, I will be looking for another company.

In November 2022 my home warranty company sent Kappa Air out to fix my system as the heater was blowing cold air. The tech told me it was an outer wire that was damaged by the sun and was not covered by the warranty but he could repair it for about $400. I had him repair it. Fast forward to about a week ago and when I went to use my AC for the first time this year it wouldn't blow cold air. Once again I called my warranty company. They assigned it to Kappa Air again but after 2 days of getting no response, and not answering their phone, my warranty company assigned it to another company. After looking at the unit the new company basically said that the Kappa Air tech lied and cheated me!! The problem wasn't a bad wire - it was a magnetic switch that definitely was covered under the warranty. The Kappa Air guy basically pulled out the wire and hid the end which forced the heat to come on making it seem like it was fixed. And since he pulled out the wire, there was no way it would have worked when I tried using the cooling again. So not was I cheated out of about $400, but also basically sabotaging the unit and guaranteeing another service call would need to be placed when the weather changed again!! I have called the warranty company and filed a complaint. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

Our fan motor stopped working on a Saturday so we contacted Kappa-air. They offered to come out that same day but we weren’t available. They sent a tech out Sunday morning knowing it was going to be a 95 degree day. Brandon was incredibly kind, professional, and honest. He had everything he needed for the repair with him and had it fixed and running efficiently in just over an hour. We would definitely recommend Kappa-air to our friends and family. Brandon represented your company well and you are lucky to have him on your team.

Came 1.5hrs before our scheduled time even though I made it clear on the phone that I needed service at the window scheduled to make sure I was home. My adult daughter let them in to service, and they did nothing. Not a report, not an inspection, not a single trace of them doing anything but taking my money.

They only will talk to you in texts, if at all. Refuse to answer their phones. Tech came out and was rude to my wife, then after waiting for weeks to come out to fix the power for our AC, he told her that we needed to have a platform built in order to work on our air conditioner that has been serviced for 30 years in the same spot. Left us with no AC on a 100 degree day after waiting for weeks and then the owner texted me saying they would not ever come back. Totally rude and unprofessional.
