You are correct! I have never and will never do business with a company who brags about ripping people off. I called to get a quote on what you charge per pound for refrigerant and you proudly stated you charge $400 per pound. For context, most units take over 10lbs, ours was 13lbs. Wholesale refrigerant can be purchased for less than $50 per pound. When I called out the egregious price gouging your oh so lovely receptionist pompously stated, “We are a business and have to make money!” and promptly hung up on me. I’m all about making a profit, but blatantly scamming people is shameful behavior. How this company has such a high rating is astonishing. It’s also quite telling that you only respond to negative reviews and don’t thank your customers for leaving positive ones. Your response is hilarious, and shows your true, petty colors. I leave my honest opinion of a business, the ones that provide good service get good reviews. Brilliant concept. You’re still a scammer and only care about your precious little reputation. Thank some of your customers sometime, you hack. Sir now you are just lying. I did not yell at your receptionist. I actually chuckled and simply told her that $400 a lb is ridiculous. She then spoke to me in an aggressive tone and hung up. Poor customer service, you are absolutely full of it. $400 a pound for refrigerant??? What a joke!
What service!! Called & James was here in less than 30 minutes after the call and not even an hour later our ac was up and running again. We purchased a 3yr plan as well & under 1G for everything. I highly recommend this awesome company. You won't be disappointed ;)

Just Air replaced our A/C unit several years back and they were fantastic. Would definitely recommend them. Very professional and courteous. Technicians are great! Danielle is so sweet and always willing to work with my work schedule when we need technicians to come out for our A/C and heater maintenance. Just Air came out for our spring maintenence, 4/26/23. We had a leak and most of our freon was gone. James replaced the part and freon and we're good to go. James is so nice and professional. Danielle, the co-owner, is such a pleasure to deal with as well. We've been customers since 2016 and are very satisfied we found Just Air. Great company!

We are very pleased with our new AC and the responsive service we received. Just Air was quick to fully address any concerns we had as we navigated realizing we needed to replace our old Trane unit, that used R22, and they were very helpful and responsive to issues that came up during installation. We are very happy with the new ac, 15 seer 2-stage Day & Night package unit. It is much quieter than our previous unit. It cools to and maintains the 76 degrees we set it to, unlike our last unit. We tried lower temps and that worked too in the heat of the day. The new unit keeps up with the summer heat despite our older home needing better insulation. We are very happy with Just Air’s responsive service and helping us navigate this big purchase. Thanks!

Fixed my AC in under an hour and was here within an hour after calling for help. Two years later need new AC good terms and install in 2 days maybe one. Team came and removed old AC and replaced with new one. Great job all done in 3 hours. Thanks
I've used Just Air for three years. Any calls for service are quickly responded to. They perform an annual maintenance visit and I feel confident my AC will survive the brutal desert summer, and if it doesn't, I know Just Air will be here quickly to save us :-)
Just Air was very responsive with great communication. They quoted me an upfront price and there were zero surprises on installation day. Everyone from the company was professional and I would definitely recommend them to others. I plan to use them for regular maintenance of our new system.
I was having issues with my thermostat not working. James called me and walked me through the wiring of my thermostat and I found the incorrect wire. This saved me a service call. This is the second time I have used Just Air. They are professional and responsive!
Just air has been great. I had them install a new AC and they are very responsive. When I've asked for scheduled maintenance. The technician couldn't be nicer, nor could the office.
When it gets cold, not MidWest/Northwestern cold, just 30 degrees, it gives up the ghost & we have to use space heaters. They're still rude & sloppy, & I'm not a liar. - Right after installation I would have given JustAir 5 stars for my full HVAC system replacement, since the A/C & heat both seemed to work and they cleaned up after themselves in the living space of my house before they left, & the cost of the installation was very reasonable & was an upgrade to my existing system. - That dropped to 4 stars that night when I tried to watch TV in the house & discovered the cable was out on all my indoor TVs (with cables running through attic), vs. the working TV on my back porch (not through attic). - That dropped to 3 stars when I went up into the attic to investigate the failure, discovering debris left strewn about & displaced insulation throughout the attic. - That dropped to 2 stars when they returned to address my customer satisfaction issues but denied any possibility of their responsibility for knocking out the cable or displacing insulation, & refused to go in attic to investigate either issue & saying I was "trying to blame them for all the problems in my attic" (even though they're the only ones other than me that have been up there in at least 2 years), then stomped off yelling that I'm the type of customer that could never be satisfied & drove away. -That should have dropped to 1 star the very next day after a service call by Cox cable co., during which the technician identified a broken pin in the incoming cable & traumatized outgoing cable from the splitter directly adjacent to the air handler they installed, which leads to the opposite side of house controlling all 3 malfunctioning TVs. - I kept it at 2 stars, because I know that finding & solving that problem was beyond JustAir's capability, but the evidence of the damage & the timeliness of the house-wide malfunction confirms that JustAir caused the problem. - I wasn't trying to get anything free or
