John Bond installed the a/c in my home addition and have been using them to service my units since then. Techs are highly skilled and prices are reasonable.They have always handled my service promptly, I highly recommend them.

It is true what the other negative reviews say. Made an appointment a week out just to have them call the day before they were supposed to stop by, cancel and try to re-schedule another week out. I am in the service business, this is unacceptable.

OMG I can't say enough about how great John Bond's Air conditioning company was and how efficient they were. Woke up at 3 am on July 3rd and going out of town for the holiday. I know my air conditioner was at least 30 years old. Called John at 9ish and spoke with him personally, he sent out his best team who arrived by 1. By 2:30 they had it fixed and I was on my way to San Diego, by 4. Didn't try and talk me into replacing fixed it like and told me I have an old unit but a good unit. I will use his services again and I will recommend him to everyone. I couldn't be happier. Vera Manuz
Called to alert them about a drivers bad habits on the road and the "owner" was rude and made light of the situation.
AC unit went out Sunday evening at 7 p.m called John Bond AC spoke with Troy he had someone out the next morning ,after inspection of my unit the whole AC unit needed to be replaced. The price that George Brazil quoted was almost double of what JB replaced it for with a better quality unit . Troy had the hardworking gentlemen installing the new AC unit @ 6 a.m they worked non stop until they had my new unit installed. The work was impeccable. Would highly this company, you will not be disappointed. Thanks Again!
I just saw (at ~4:35) one of their vans blow though a red light (well past the yellow) in the right line heading E on Chandler Blvd. You might want to hire safer drivers.
Run in the other direction. Every time I call to have them come out for warranty service, they say they'll call me back and never do. I have to repeatedly call them just to get something scheduled. I understand you're busy. Just schedule a time. I don't care if it's two weeks in the future, just schedule something at some point or call me back if you say you're going to. Don't tell me you'll call me back to schedule something if you're never going to call me back. They have even told me to call *them* back later when I wanted to schedule service. When I complained about having to repeatedly call back, they have just cut me off and dismissed my complaints, without even a half-hearted "sorry."
