I would like to thank Josh and his company for the great job they did on our home. We found that we needed to replace the AC units before summer. After obtaining several estimates, we decided on JL Finley. Josh was not the cheapest, but his estimate was fair for the work we needed done. Josh was also by far the most professional and the most knowledgeable. We took his advice and installed Bosch units and they are perfect. Overall, we couldn't be happier with his work. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone

Our house suffered a total air conditioning and heat pump failure during the winter and we were recommended to Josh at JL Finley. Not only did his company schedule an appraisal within the day, the actual replacement was done within a week. His expedience was matched only by his professional and polite attitude while he worked. He even managed to locate previous ducting problems and fix them making sure it wouldn't happen again. Every question asked was answered and expanded upon to the utmost and I have the fullest confidence in their work. To anyone looking for the best quality in the valley, this company is your go-to.
If anyone is needing any AC needs at all as we start hitting warm season this is your company! I messaged them late Friday night when we realized our unit was going out. The owner Josh called me immediately & went over everything with me & was able to promptly get me a quote. He was out on a Sunday to measure & him & his crew were out first thing Monday morning. They have truly gone above & beyond for us & pricing for everything that was included was reasonable. Super honest & reliable. They truly have gone above & beyond.

Josh has serviced our system for a while now and with our system being over 15 years old, we were due for a replacement. He presented a gift to us we could not pass up and we are grateful for being thought of for the opportunity. Ok but quotes to replace were high.
We had JL Finley Construction replace our home AC unit last year & loved everything about the experience. They were very professional, on time, informative, considerate of our property, listened and answered all of our questions and at a great price. And it is wonderful to have this new reliable AC for our second summer, especially this time of year. So now that our condo AC unit had leaking/condensation problems, we immediately call JL Finley. Even though we’re in the middle of a heat wave, Josh came over right away. He quickly found out what was wrong. Not only did he fix the complex issue, he also completely explained everything he was doing along the way. I learned a lot about how our condo AC unit works differently from a home unit. Josh is kind, respectful, patient and always makes sure we are happy with everything he does, and we definitely are. It was another great experience and a great price. I highly recommend Josh and JL Finley to all of my family and friends.
I’ve known JL Finley for about 2.5 years. They have always been very responsive, professional, and polite. They are quick return calls and they are very knowledgeable and take time to answer questions and throughly explain their answers. I would like to recommend JL Finley Construction to you, if you’re looking for a competent Air Conditioner installer. We had multiple issues with water leaking, a clogged condensation drain , and an old AC unit that needed to be replaced. Josh and Peter did an excellent job getting the unit we needed, fixing all the issues and, getting it installed quickly.
The people are honest, trustworthy understanding and really know what they are doing. The advice that they give is worthwhile, for they REALLY put the customer first! I would recommend J & L in a heartbeat!

Josh and his team did a fantastic job with the installation of my new HVAC unit. Upon removing the existing dated HVAC, mold was detected. Josh quickly enacted a precise and timely Plan to mitigate the issue and ensure this project was completed with the utmost integrity and professionalism. Josh pulled, simply said, magic out of a hat to mitigate the major mold issue. He pulled crew from other job sites to ensure my project was handled as a top priority, swiftly and properly. Above all, Josh managed my expectations with great communication, taking the time to explain the process from inception to fruition.
