Had an issue on a Saturday and they came out within hours and helped me resolve thee problem I felt like I was treated very fairly, definitely would recommend.
Responded very promptly after hours and sent a tech the following morning. AC up and running in less than an hour. Brandon was awesome and we signed up for their regular service.
After my original AC unit gave out in the middle of the summer. Island breeze was able to visit my property quickly to get me an estimate for a new system. Despite the manufacturer being on back order, they were able to get me on the schedule very next day. They had the best price of the 4 quotes I got and am very pleased with my service

My AC unit went out yesterday (4th of July )in the middle of the day. Island Breeze not only took my call, they scheduled a technician to come out! I figured since it was the 4th of July and hottest temps all year it may be a few days…They told me the could have a technician out first thing in the morning between 8-10 am. Brandon showed up at 8:15. He was courteous and very professional. Asked a few questions and stated from what I told him of what the problem sounded like but he would like to take a look. Sure enough it was what he described. Brandon had the part I needed and 10 min later I had cool air blowing throughout my house. I would definitely recommend Island Breeze Air Conditioning and Heating for any HVAC needs or services.
Ernie was extremely helpful in trying to figure out why are unit kept tripping breaker. Exhausted all different scenarios and stayed until he ran out of ideas.
Ernie is the best! We had a last minute no cool on a holiday and he arrived and diagnosed/repaired quickly. I highly recommend Island Breeze for your AC needs.
The tech was fantastic. John explained everything. My mom's air conditioner went out the night before July 4th. There was a horrible smell inside and outside the house. The fire Department checked for fire. A fireman told me about Island Breeze. I left message that night and I received a call the morning of 4th July. John was here at 8:15 am. 😳 It is probably electrical and the electrician is on his way. To be continued... 🤗👍🇺🇸
I messaged Island Breeze just before 8 am on a Sunday because my home AC wasn’t working. By 9 am, Ernie was at my house. By 10 am he was finished and my AC was working again. Ernie was fast, polite, helpful, and got our AC back to life as we head into a very hot holiday week.

I was dealing with old AC units that made so much noise and wasn’t trusting them heading into this years summer. I gathered multiple quotes and Island breeze was the best price and had great reviews. They were so easy to work with they were able to get to my HVAC within a week. Installed of two units took under 8 hours and they were professional and courteous. I recommend Island breeze to anyone who asks.

First of all I was shocked that I was even able to get an appointment in one day, but they got me on the schedule and actually arrived earlier than my window. My technician was very knowledgeable and patient trying to solve my issue before he left. I appreciate your service and my a/c feels great!
My daughter is home on hospice and my AC went out last night. I explained the issue to the receptionist and help arrived less than 1 hour later. They got me up and running in a flash. I use Island Breeze for all of my HVAC needs. They ALWAYS provide honest, reliable service. Thank You!!!

Island Breeze came to the rescue when our 28 y.o. upstairs unit died right before the hot AZ summer commenced. Darrel went out of his way to come to the house the same day and assess the unit. We ordered what was recommended that day & were told it could take up to 4 - 5 wks for delivery & thankfully it arrived only 2 1/2 wks later. The VERY nice crew, headed up by Brandon, arrived promptly at 7 a.m. as scheduled (as did the crane operator). They took great care in everything that needed to be done & in a very professional manner. A tune-up on the downstairs unit was also done at our request and we received a detailed explanation of what was recommended by Brandon. We were given a fair price and accepted also, the offer to become "members" of the Peak Performance Plan, which will save us money in the future and keep our units in tip-top shape for these less-than-hospitable summers here in Phoenix! Julie and her assistant Allie have been delightful to deal with on the phone as well. We highly recommend this company!
