This company has installed my second HVAC system. I used them 10 years ago for the upstairs unit and now for the downstairs unit. It is so nice to have the same company around to apply such great service again. Highly recommended
Integrity is prompt, friendly, and professional. They have been taking care of our 23 old AC unit, which was installed by them. When I needed a new unit, I had no reason to ask other shop. I am so glad to have a new unit right now in the middle of brutal summer.

Summer in Phoenix - of course the AC goes out in June! Integrity installed the AC and always gets my vote for service and maintenance. They come when they are scheduled and get the cooling back on fast. Five stars for schedule, price, and quality.
I highly recommend this company due to the actual integrity of their practices. In the past I've used them for service, an issue came up with a part that failed & they took care (read at no additional cost) of it no questions asked. I recently got quotes on a new a/c unit & they were by far the most reasonably priced & even adjusted the price when an option they recommended wasn't feasible. I would definitely choose Integrity Air Conditioning & Heating L.L.C again!

With the hot weather, I was concern if we could even get service today but we had NO cooling! Johnny was here before the inside heat was extreme, replaced a broken part and COOLING again! LOVE Integrity Air!
