River came out and went above and beyond my expectations. He was very professional and knowledgeable of pricing plans offers etc. After looking over my equipment, he told me all of my options and gave his personal recommendations for repairs and preventative measures including signing me up for anual services with Hobaica. 10/10
A/C was acting up. Called and they were able to get a tech out to me right away. Alex was great, helped explain my options and what was going on and took care of everything right away.
Steven & Scott were amazing! 5 star work! I had two google nest security cameras / flood lights installed. Both have a wealth of knowledge, are friendly & professional! Thank you Steven & Scott!

The technician, River, notified me of his imminent arrival and true to his word, knocked on the door within the time window he predicted. He was personable, knowledgeable about The AC unit and about pricing options, including senior discounts and additional services Hobaica provided. I appreciated River’s professional demeanor, his patience and an ability to Describe his findings in a succinct and comprehensible manner. The coil in the condenser of my old AC system was cracked and leaking. I decided to replace the system and got several estimates. Andy came out and gave me a very thorough explanation along with a fair price to replace the system. I also had 3 other people recommend Hobaica so I went with them. Sergio and Tristan came this morning - right on time - to install. They explained exactly the process, got to work and completed the job timely - all on a 117 degree record breaking day! They were professional and courteous; they cleaned up after themselves and replaced everything they had to move. I highly recommend both Hobaica AND Sergio and Tristan, and look forward to having them service my new AC for years to come!

Contacted Hobaica because my sister referred them. They also serviced our industrial buildings A/C as well as my sisters house. From the get go they scheduled me in for a A/C tune up. On the day of our service, there technician Alex contacted me 1/2 hour before arrival, arrived on time. Alex was polite, courteous and professional. He explained my options and what the service entailed. Alex also explained my options for annual service so I don't forget to schedule service's. Alex performed service and showed me the job on his phone in video format. Thanks Alex and Hobaica foe a professional service well done.
I can't say enough good things about Sergio and Kaden. They showed up on time, were professional, friendly, communicated well, cleaned up everything before leaving, made sure everything was in working order, and went over the contract / invoice, benefits, service warranty, and perks. What have I forgotten to mention? I couldn't be happier with Sergio and Kaden. 20☆'s 6.30.2023 John just finished the quality control inspection on the new hvac system and installed the new latch grill. Wow, what a difference! It's so clean and looks really nice. It's much easier now to change the filter. Mind blowing fabulous! Everyone that's been to my home has been top quality. I am so totally impressed with Hobaica Services.
Hobaica services came out to give a second opinion on my AC unit for my home and possible solutions for the issue. Andy and Travis were both AWESOME and very informative and helpful. They took the time to explain to us what was going on and what they would do for their customer if the issue had occurred for an AC unit sold by Hobaica Services. They even waived the consultation fee for us since we’d already gotten another opinion from a different AC company. In future I will definitely be using their services.
My experience working with Field Sales Supervisor Ryan and Hobaica were very positive. All interactions were timely and professional. Hobaica does a great job keeping the customer informed about when a service technician will be scheduled and advance notice of their arrival to help ensure everything goes smoothly. Ryan provided an onsite quote that was thorough and offered several options at different costs for the work we had requested, which was installing a new Tesla charger and a main electrical panel replacement. Ultimately, we decided on a different company for this particular project but my positive interaction with Ryan and Hobaica will have me consider them in the future.
By far the best experience I've ever had with a service provider at my home. The technician spent along time here reviewing my HVAC and plumbing needs. Everything was clearly explained to me. I felt like I've found a vendor that considers the business relationship as mutually beneficial and not the grab-and-go provider we've all seen before. Five stars from me. Thank you Arron Stevens.
Highly recommend this company. Fast service arrived on time and completed the work quickly. Even sent videos of the repair work after he was finish. Alex was amazing.
I have used Hobaica for 25 years and have never been disappointed with the quality of their service, the honesty, politeness, knowledge and efficiency of their technicians. I found River to be very nice, informative, cooperative, and understanding. He explained everything, answered all my questions and even commented on some of the things we did to help our AC so it doesn't work so hard. If we need more service in the future I hope he will be the one to do do. Thank you River, you are awesome employee.
Such a great experience using Hobaicas for a minor electrical repair. They responded quickly, the electrician was well equipped with proper tools and fixed the problem quickly. It was a pleasure to have him doing the work for us. Thank you

River called ahead to let us know when he would be arriving and arrived promptly on time. He was cordial and knowledgeable and explained what he was going to be doing before proceeding. After completing the maintenance check he recapped what he had done and then helped reset the thermostat to our preferences. He reminded us that our yearly maintenance agreement was coming to and end soon and sent us a couple of different estimates on ways to streamline the maintenance check moving forward. His customer service skills were excellent and we’d definitely recommend him to others.
