I called them based on a referral when we were having a problem with scalding hot water coming out of our cold water spigots. The intake process was seamless, they showed up within 4 hours, they didn't charge a trip charge/diagnosis fee, and Abran, who was courteous and knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (a bad recirculation valve) at a very reasonable cost. Another plumber we had out to the house couldn't figure it out at all. I would definitely call Hays again for plumbing needs.
Ideal is STILL the best, most thorough and most communicative Hays tech to work on my unit. He went above and beyond to hose out the coils, as always, and he's my go-to guy for future calls. Thanks Hays!

Kudos to Jared for spending almost 3 hours on our roof in the afternoon of the hottest day of the year getting our AC back online. He was professional, forthright about the repairs, and willing to take the time to ensure the job was done correctly,
The two new units they installed last December have worked perfectly. The service rep, Ideal, came out for the 6 month follow up and he was courteous and efficient. If this is any indication of how they run their business it will be a pleasure having Hays come out every year from now on to service these units.
They were wonderful to work with from the beginning to end. Everyone we had contact with from sales to installation, explained everything, and were professional. Very happy with our unit, and will definitely be using them for any future services. We highly recommend Hays!
We've had Hays come out to inspect/tune up our unit for a few years, and this time when their tech Jered came out he explained the condition of our aging unit and we elected to replace it. The arrangements were straightforward and the installation date was quickly scheduled. The installation techs Jordan and Dustin arrived at the designated time promptly, and worked efficiently with a professional end result. Our new unit is working very well. I am confident in recommending this company.

Thank you to Ideal and the team at Hays. One of my A/C units stopped cooling late in the afternoon. Ideal showed up bright and early the next morning, diagnosed the problem, replaced a part and we were good to go. Ideal was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He explained the problem and what he needed to do to fix it. Great service!
Purchased from Hays a new Trane 4 ton gas pack with two-stage blower motor. The sales rep was very thorough and professional with his assessment. The installation team was on time, professional, polite and took the time to answer my questions. Great experience! Thank you Hays.

Ranger Rooter came to snake our sewage line and said drain was clogged with roots needed full replacement 34k. We got another opinion and insurance recommended Hay’s. Jason came out and ran snake from roof, found clog and declogged. Removed toilet ran camera, illustrated, educated, taught us options, and spent time explaining. Pricing was more than fair - especially considering time and resources spent. We would highly recommend Jason and Nick (Supervisor). They are small company with very talented and smart people. They care. How refreshing.
Real review from a real customer. Hays cooling and plumbing is top notch for plumbing and ac needs. I recently got all my drain lines replaced for my 50 year old home. The work was done fast and the crew did a great job and explained each step of the process. I want to thank the guys took care of us. Both friendly and hard working. The manager Nick, Trevor, Joe, Dillon, Brandon, and the rest of team. I will definitely recommend them if your looking for service , guarantee to get the job done right.
They came multiple time to clean sewage service and told there was stone inside and quoted 8000$ to take it out. But other company came and clean just with sewage snake.
Great service and good value. Repairs were done very professionally and kept us informed of all work being done and options available. Will definitely use them if more work is needed.
