This was the first shopping experience at Grainger for me. I wanted some industrial grade double sided tape that would hold the weight of a security camera. Places like Home Depot didn't have what I was looking for. After checking the Grainger website, I saw they had exactly what I needed. I thought they would be like a hardware store where you go in and browse the aisles until you find what you're looking for. WRONG! They specialize in customer service and a helpful, friendly employee helps you get the product you need. Fortunately I had a print out of the product I wanted. I was told it was not in stock at the store but they could get it for me by 9:30 tomorrow morning and offered to email me as soon as it came in. Sure enough they had it before 9:30 the next day. Next time I will be a smarter shopper and either place an order online or call in an order now that I know their system. I needed this tape in 2 days and I don't think I could have gotten it anywhere else this quickly since it was an unusual product. Kudos to Grainger!
The service instore was fine, however when leaving the store I tripped on the parking lot curbing, tearing my pants at the right knee and my knee was scrapped and bleeding. Went back inside the store and asked for help, the staff was less than helpful, they said they don't take reports and the best they they could do for first aide was offering duct tape to cover the ripped pants, I asked to speak to manager and was told he wasn't available.

Their website said an item would be available for pickup by Thursday at 2, and when I called in they also confirmed it would be available for pickup Thursday by 2. Surprise surprise, yet another business over promising and under delivering in order to get a sale.
Excellent for any and all business and/or shop tools and supplies. Roger is highly recommended for anything you might need, he knows what it is and where to find it. Try and stump him, it's not easy, but I have...2x 😉 Roger that captain

Excellent service , the staff are knowledgeable and friendly . They can order most supplies if there not on the sholves already and will be delivered next day unless special order .

Very bad management and service! Failed to deliver my complete order and arrogant Roger gave me an attitude after the 4th time I came in to get the missing items. Bad service, incompetence, and over-priced. Save your money and time and use their competitors.
The customer service was not Friendly, If I had more time I would have bought my part somewhere else.
