Brandon Weiss came out to do diagnostic on my AC because it wasn't blowing cold, he showed up quick and was able to diagnose the issue within a few minutes, just need to clean the fins out and it's working like new. Came home from work at 6PM and AC stopped working. Contacted Goettl for a next day service call.They contacted me said they had someone in the area who could stop by. It was already 7PM when Michael Stopa arrived. He was professional and courteous. He was friendly and outgoing and very detailed when it was time to discuss the AC unit. He took pictures of the entire interior of the unit and the ductwork. He explained everything in simple terms and was upfront as to what it would cost to repair or replace the unit. When I decided to have the unit replaced. Mike immediately took care of the scheduling and filling out the application for financing. The next day Team Mani was here at 6AM and started the installation process. Had the old AC removed and the new one in place before 8:30AM. They had everything up and running before noon. The guys on team Mani were incredibly polite, courteous, and professional. The following day (Saturday), Arnoldo and Marcus arrived on time for my scheduled duct cleaning and sanitizing. They too were professional and courteous. They took the time to show detailed before and after photos of the air ducts. They were very thorough in the cleaning process. They also did a great job in trying to minimize the dirt and debris that resulted from the cleaning. Thank you to Michael Stopa, Team Mani, Arnoldo and Marcus for all your hard work. You have my respect. Thank you to the entire team at Goettl. Work well done.
Mike S was very attentive and took the time to fully go through what I needed done. When others had come and spent 2 minutes to look at it and make their assessment. Mike is representing Goettl with the best foot forward. Because of the time he spent with me I decided on using Goettl to get a new AC unit. Thank you, Mike!
Technicians arrived on time and was very professional. Price quote was extremely high. I am property landlord and is very familiar with contractors rates. I will never use them again. When I say rates are high they are over the top high. Found another contractor my usual one and his cost was 80 percent less .thanks but no thanks.
I called to get my AC repaired around noon and they were able to send someone out within hours. Q was the team member who arrived and was so incredibly kind, professional, and above and beyond helpful. I truly appreciate the time he took to explain everything. Q is a huge asset to the Goettl team! He deserves every praise, raise, and recognition for his outstanding performance.
Our serviceman Q was over the top professional. He sat down and showed us pictures of the issue and explained the best way to proceed with a resolution. They were able to replace our unit on the same day in the middle of Summer. We called at midnight and had a repairman in our home by 8:30 AM. We would highly recommend using Goettl.
July 4th evening my AC froze up, about 8:30 pm I was chatting with someone on the chat through the website and set up an appointment for 8 am the very next morning. Aaron was the tech that came out, super cool guy and helpful like no other. Aaron had me up and running in no time and even answered some questions I had even after he was finished with everything. Awesome service deserves acknowledgment, thanks for everything again Aaron!!
Wow, I am impressed with the organization and work Justin and Mel did on my new install! At a temperature of 112 in the shade, these guys were on the roof and working hard. They did not rush the install, and took the time and effort to do the replacement clean and safe. It has been a pleasure to work with the Company all along this process.

Our AC went out at our 900 sq ft condo; they came over and said that we needed a new unit and quoted us 12k. WAY more than industry standard for a 900 s ft apartment. When I asked why it was so expensive he said “we use better equipment” which is totally false. The only option he gave us was to replace the unit. Said our unit was low on coolant and they don’t carry that kind of coolant and it was leaking. This took hours by the way. Got a SECOND opinion. They replaced a part, the capacitor, within minutes for $265.00 and our AC works great! They did say an AC unit would cost around 8k if it ever did need to be replaced. This place totally scammed me, buyer beware.
Q was very helpful with getting me my new system set up. I was very reluctant to buy a brand new system, but their payment plan and options of systems made it to where I couldn’t pass this up. Thank you Goettl and Q for making this purchase easier and less stressful 💜
I was impressed with John's knowledge with my old A/C unit. What I like about John is after going through the system and without any BS he advised me of what he believes the problem is and offered me options. After giving me a ballpark price I chose to wait on the repair. The problem still exists and a decision on what my next step will be , in the next couple of days.
Had a short notice AC failure in the heat of an AZ summer and Goettl was able to have a tech to me house in less than 1 hour. My tech Q was really helpful, fixed my issue and walked me through some other options since my units are over 12 years old. Q made the process as painless as an AC repair can be. UPDATE: My 12 year old system finally died and in less than 10 hours Goettl had a whole new system priced out and installed. Team Abraham and Team Manny showed up and got straight to work. They were very professional and made quick quiet work of the install.
Amazing service! Joe, Rafael, Luis did a fantastic job! It was 112 degrees outside and they didn’t let that phase them at all. They were on time, super polite, and changed out my entire AC unit in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Right before the holiday on a Saturday night my air conditioner stopped working. On Sunday I had Ryan and Alton scheduled to replace my entire unit the same day and they did a fantastic job! With the 110+ temps they brought in “space coolers” that allowed me to have a room cooled to keep the doggy dog pants to a minimum (and she loved the Sadie stuff doggy left) and kept us comfortable until the work was completed. Ryan and Alton communicated well and cleaned up nicely during the replacement. With the “happy happy happy” text, I can say I’m not disappointed.
Aaron M. came over and got the job done quick! Aaron was able to figure out the probably and fix our A/C unit within an hour and our house is already cooling down. Thanks for the quick and fast service Aaron M!
Goettl is the only AC company I trust. We had the HVAC technician, Aaron, come out today to fix our old AC unit. He was patient, he listened to the issues we were experiencing and he immediately pinpointed the issue and provided a quick and necessary repair. He also set expectations moving forward for getting two new AC unit systems and provided detailed information about Goettl's duct cleaning service. We also had Mike come out a two years ago come out during the summer. Not only did Aaron and Mike help our family in hot times with the repairs, they completed the work knowing our budget and the age of our AC systems. It's technicians like Aaron and Mike that guarantee we will be having Goettl do our two AC unit systems when the time is right for us.
Eric, did an excellent job! I needed a plumber to confirm that my refrigerator water line, dishwasher water line, and range gas line were in working order to install new appliances. Eric was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and excellent people skills. He ensured that everything was working and ready for install of new appliances. Thank you Eric and Goettl for a great job. I'm glad to be a Sadie club member.
Aaron saved the day! Our A/C went out Sunday afternoon and it was 110 outside so the house heated up quickly. We didn't expect anyone to be able to come until morning but Aaron came out within an hour and a half of being called! He was very polite and fixed the issue quickly and was very transparent about what was wrong along with what to expect down the road.
