Their employees were friendly and did the job so the poor review is no reflection on them. The pricing is extremely high. Almost $500 to run a snake for a clogged drain. It took 25 minutes and that included getting the equipment out and running the water to make sure it was clear. It’s unfortunate that I won’t call on them again due to what seems like price gouging.
Explain what they were here for, what they were going to do, and everything explained in detail. Preventive things were discuss for future maintenance for AC. This young woman was excellent, knows what she’s doing. I would recommend her and this company highly. Thank you.
Caleb and Tyler did routine maintenance on our AC units. They kept us informed with videos sent via text explaining what they found. Afterwards gave an explanation of what they found. Would recommend Caleb and Tyler!
Andrew was very thorough with his inspection of my AC unit. He kepted me informed verbally and sent detailed videos to let me know what he was seeing and doing. He gave me the information about my unit so I could understand and be able to make a decision about what to do next. I feel strongly about maintaining the unit so it runs like a new one, so in November I purchased a 2 yr maintenance agreement and I'm not sorry about it. Andrew is very personable and I will always request him for any work needed.
I’m in Florida — far from Phoenix! — on the 4th of July and my AC goes out. Humming, no fan turning. Googled it. George Brazil AC came up and provided a temporary solution. I can’t thank you enough.❤️❤️
George Brazil staff are friendly and genuinely care about their customers. We have had 12 years of great experiences with this company from the customer service reps to the technicians that enter our homes. Recently, DJ serviced our AC, he was very friendly, professional, made small talk that was genuine and he was an active listener, and a genuine guy! He reminded me as he left to get a new filter and when it makes sounds, it is a sign that it needs to be replaced. This was probably the friendliest reminder that I have had in a long time!
We had the best tech person...David...for the summer maintenance visit! I highly recommend this young man! His service check was the most thorough we've ever had. He took videos of the work he was doing and not only did I learn alot but I felt confident all was good with my units. David is my go tech from now on...George Brazil you have an employee that's a keeper!
Had a capacitor replaced last Saturday and Mike was informative and professional. Set up an appointment for a quote on A/C replacement. Michelle come out. And her too informative and professional. Did I mention both were personable. Great all around. Thank you to the team at George Brazil.
Andrew went above all expectations I have for a maintenance call. He stayed late until all our units were running as expected. He took videos and texted me everything he was doing while at house. I highly recommend Andrew...very professional
Chris Warner was our AC tech. He provided detail and options that helped make us make a good decision. Pricing was fair and we appreciated that Chris was on time and quickly worked to solve the issue.
Horrible experience with this company!! Spoke with several customer service people regarding some particular things that they needed to do to complete the service. 2 separate techs arrived without proper equipment to complete the service call. No one informed me of the status of the service call. I finally reached one of the techs who outright lied to me stating that the call had been done and all was well with my unit. I called the office to confirm this and was told no they hadn’t completed the service. They promised to be out the next day but never showed nor did they bother to call and let me know when they might finally show. Stay away from these people no need for the lies the lack of communication and the total lack of professionalism!!
Nick, Juan great tech’s. Wouldn’t let an ornery A/C compressor problem stump them! Kept at it until problem solved. Guys are an asset to the company! They got my business from here on out.
Caleb & Kyle, can’t say enough about these guys, they did a great job on my unit. Explained everything. I’ll ask for only them again. No bull attitude was just what I was looking for. So if you’re looking for a couple good technicians these are the guys appreciate everything you guys did for me
Caleb came out for our summer A/C VIP service call. He was professional, very knowledgeable, helpful, all with a sense of humor! He answered all of our questions about or aging A/C unit and had good recommendations for its remaining short life expectancy!! We have always had good service from George Brazil, which is why we have relied on them for the past 10 years.
I placed a call at 5:00pm and had me scheduled for that night between 7-11pm. Garrett the first technician was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was able to provide us with a portable air conditioner as a part was needed from the warehouse. Today they called at 6:45am and let me know a technician would arrive this morning to fix our air conditioner. Matt arrived promptly and was able to fix it in a timely manner. I highly recommend George Brazil.
Kylie and Marco provided the best service experience I’ve had to date with George Brazil. I was so impressed by their courtesy, professionalism, problem solving skills and the quality of work they performed. They spent the necessary time required to identify and address issues with my HVAC system that will ultimately result in lowering my utility bills and provide a more consistent temperature throughout my home. I appreciate how thorough they were in identifying opportunities, and everything they did to ensure my concerns were addressed. They are the best!
After 3 summers In a row dealing with AC going out, technician Brad come to my family's rescue! All 4 techs before him,claimed to have fixed the issue. But every yeah we would have the same issues. Brad came out and was spot on with what the issue was,and got it fixed the same day. He also followed up with a blanket for our loud compressor! Would highly recommend this technician,he went above and beyond with getting out AC unit back and running. Thanks Brad
Television ad says it’s has a free air conditioning inspection. When I called to have them come out to the lady said that I had to have a a problem and they would check it. That is what the inspection is but for them to come out and look at it and tune it up it was $59.95. Total misleading on the television commercial, and very non-professional.
Representative was very professional and thorough. He explained everything he was checking with videos and pictures. Would definitely recommend GB.
