Had the unfortunate experience of running into the gentleman in the grocery store. He decided that it was appropriate to eavesdrop in my conversation and then vocalize his judgment not only while I'm checking out but continued to do so while I was bagging my items and leaving. Someone who acts so rude and unprofessional to strangers (aka potential customers) while repping your business info and truck is someone I'd be willing to bet shows up with poor customer service and professionalism. Shame on you Sir. Ps... had you listened to the beginning of the conversation you were eavesdropping on, you'd know you just passed judgement on a completely covid compliant charity event. Bravo.
Quick response to my service call on a late Friday nt. Came out on time early Sat AM, quickly determined the issue with my a/c and got it working again! Fair service call charge, no upselling or BS. Will recommend to friends and neighbors!
