Everyone during this process, from my first interaction with Tim, to my quote with Chuck and the entire removal and replacement of my 25 year old hvac system was a pleasure to work with. Ashley, Tony, Tristan and Lucas kept me updated throughout the entire process and got cold ac woring again in minimal time. Alot of companies out there could learn a few things about customer care and professionalism from this team of experts. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and specifically this team to work on anyone's home hvac issues. My wife and I can't say Thank you enough to Five Star Air!!!! Chad S.

Tony, Ashley, Tristan and Lucas did an amazing job on installing our new AC. They worked all day in the heat, and always were very friendly and professional. They went above and beyond our expectations. I would recommend them to anyone!

We needed a new AC and from the time of the quote to the install was super easy. The whole team was amazing. Chuck came out sooner than scheduled for our quote which worked in our favor since we were without a working AC. He was very helpful in giving us all the information on the different units so we could make an informed decision. Once we picked a unit, they were able to get us on the schedule ASAP. We felt so taken care of on the day of install. They had several techs out to assist to make sure everything was installed properly. Dan, the owner, even popped over to check on everything. The team was here a little longer than anticipated, but they wanted to do everything correctly which I appreciated. It was about 7:30pm by the time they finished and we got everything paid for. There was an issue with our card going through, but a quick call to the office got it taken care of. They truly will take care of you anytime of the day. The whole process was incredibly easy which felt good since a new AC unit isn’t a cheap purchase. We are happy to be in a house with working AC once again!
There is difference between good and defining a new level of excellence. Tony, Ashley, Tristan and Lucas just installed my 3 ton unit for my office. You can tell they care so much about the experience not just the result but the process in each and every step to achieve the desired result. Respectful, timely, educated, experienced, mastery in their craft is just few thoughts that came to mind when working with this company. They went out of their way to make sure I was not just satisfied with the job but extremely excited and grateful for the overall experience. That speaks volumes in my book. I would make sure these four stick around this company because they not only represent the highest level of work but you can tell that each and everyone of them went out of their way to make my wife, myself my 4 year old feel amazing through this whole transaction. Five Star Air has a fantastic team of associates. Chuck was the first person to come out where I ordered Lennox air conditioner and furnace. Tony and his associates came out today and installed equipment. They checked equipment prior to leaving to make sure everything was working perfectly. I would recommend this company to everyone
5 star air just installed a complete new AC unit with google nest thermostat. They were so helpful and did such an amazing job. I was truly grateful that Tony took the time to ensure the system connected to my phone and worked properly. Ashley went above and beyond with all the details. She did so many extra things that definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Highly recommend for any AC needs!
2/6/23 This was a fantastic group of workers. Tony, Ashley, Lucas and Tristan. They worked well as a team. Very respectful towards us while working. We had a air ventilation issue where 3 rooms did not get proper amount of air. We have a Traine unit less than 5 years old. It had not been properly vented. This crew did amazing work. Cleaned up when finished. Very friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend this company. It was a welcome change having such great service. Good price for the days work
The Five Star team is EXCELLENT! I highly recommend them.They installed two systems + thermostats in our home and worked around any issues that came up. I swear they didnt stop once to take a break. The whole team was so courteous and professional and wrapped up everything perfectly! Really good people and we are THRILLED with our new units - super duper quiet and both work like a charm. The whole experience was great from estimate to install ,Tim and his crew were excellent ! The communication was excellent I was kept informed every step of the way . When Tim found out the unit I originally chose was not readily available and with Hot weather approaching he found a comparable unit . I would definitely recommend Five Star for your heating and air conditioning needs.
We use Five Star for all of our HVAC needs. We were referred by word of mouth and bought 2 A/C units a little over a year ago. Tim sold us the units and Tony and Ashley installed the units. Everyone was very polite and professional. The install was on time. We couldn't be happier with these Ion units, they work great and we saved a ton of money on our electricity bill this past summer. We had a couple mishaps with programming the thermostat and the drip pan. Each time we called, the office was very responsive and sent a technician over to address the issue and fix it immediately. Tony, Ashley, and Chuck have all been here on repairs and have been awesome to work with. I highly recommend Five Star for all your HVAC needs.

The 5 star team did a A/C duct, vent, and coil cleaning for me. The team was very professional, thorough, and friendly.
I first encountered Five Star Air at the Home and Garden Show in Phoenix. I was looking for help with purchasing wall unit for a spare bedroom. Chuck came out, did an analysis of the current system in my house, cleaned debris from the ducts, and adjusted vents. The adjustments worked and I did not need an additional unit. Since then I have been using Five Star Air for annual maintenance. Chuck is knowledgeable and honest. I strongly recommend Five Star for HVAC repair, installation and maintenance.
Tony and Ashley installed a new furnace and A/C system for us yesterday. They were amazing !! Very hard working, knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. Also, cleaned up after themselves and worked late into the night to finish. Would recommend them to everyone.
Tony and Ashley installed our A/C today and we have never been so impressed with a service company technicians as we were with these two! They were professional, courteous and took great care in protecting our house as they installed our A/C. The area was left immaculate, Working from home they were concerned that they were making to much noise and asked me numerous times if they were quiet enough!. To get to my AC I had to move approx. 8 large retaining blocks, after the work was done I went out to only discover that they had replaced the blocks perfectly!!.And these are the largest retaining blocks you can get! There customer service skills are amazing!..5-Star A/C has new customers for life! Thx Tony and Ashley for the great experience you guys provided to us. Thank you Again!! Ed Baratko
Five Star came out the very next day to replace our AC Unit. They were fast, had reasonable pricing and the installers Tony and Ashley were great! They were there all day in the heat, very professional and did not rush this install.... Thank you very much!
