Drove 25 mins for a capacitor just to be told it won't be sold to me because I'm not part of the A/C theft clan. In other words they don't sell to the public or handy man just trying to get by. Avoid this place and order it online. Worth the wait than to go see a miserable old man working his 9 to 5 waiting to clock out. Hope they pay him enough.

Checked in at 730 for 8am appt. didn't start unloading until 830. Overall not to bad of an experience.

Absolutely great service so much help for someone who is a beginner. Great place to look for all your HVAC needs.
Worst company to deal with. I have a warranty on my AC, now that my AC is faulty, they want me to pay for what warranty still very much covers. Please stay away from RUUD, Rheem and Ferguson, you will live to regret it.
Great place to deal with the people are especially nice. Will do business with them. They don't play around with pricing.

Easy in easy out one of the fewest facilities that still let you use their restrooms clean restrooms nice people.
Don't understand why it takes over 30min to get my equipment when it was already on will call. The guy inside didnt process my layment untill i got my equipment so i had to go back inside and wait for that.
