This was the first time using Extreme Cooling and we were fully satisfied with the service we received. Brandon and his assistant were on time, professional, and explained everything they did to our unit. I liked the fact that I was sent a picture of who was going to show up, I've never seen that before but it's a great service feature and another layer of service that you don't normally see. Finally I think the charges were more than fair and we will be using them Thanks ECI

New Post: full split unit install. Very happy with installation, response time and the three techs (Joey, Joe and Noah) who did the installation. Feel that the price was fair. If I had the occasion would highly recommend them and use them again. Earlier post: I needed a repair company and did not know one they came highly recommended and I was very very happy with their serve their technician was good they were on time I will use them again and I highly recommend them to anybody that I know

We've used Extreme Cooling in the past and had a good experience. Our last experience with them was so unprofessional and off putting that we will not be using them in the future. We had scheduled them for a routine AC check and maintenance. Although their technicians in the past have been able to find our AC unit, and even though we gave them instructions on where the unit was located (on the roof of our condo's building), the last technician claimed he couldn't find the unit. We were charged for a service that was not provided. Things like this happen, we understand. However when we called to inquire about how it's possible they couldn't find the unit on this call, their representative that took our call was incredibly rude, argumentative, defensive and was completely unwilling to have a productive conversation in any way. This negative review is entirely due to how amazingly rude their representative was on the phone. I would not recommend you use them.

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! FRAUDULENTLY CHARGES!! LIES! CHECK REVIEWS ON ALL PLATFORMS!! BBB, Angies List, Yelp, BuildZoom!! 1/9/22 Still has not refunded their fraudulent charge!! While the techs who came out for service were very nice and had no issues, the owners of this company are very unprofessional, shady and not someone to do business with. Warn everyone. I originally had an apt scheduled for 4/26/21 to which I called on Sunday prior at noon and left a voicemail that I needed to cancel. To which they have acknowledged as receiving. Techs from their company still arrived on Monday at 7:12am to which I informed I had cancelled and did not know why they showed up. Service was rescheduled for Thursday and maintenance was done. No mention of any trip charge or cancellation charge was ever mentioned or brought up neither verbally or written. Upon receiving the bill 4/30/21 and seeing a "trip fee" I called to inquire as to why I was being charged a trip fee and why it said "customer cancelled call with technicians at the door upon arrival Monday morning at 7am stating she had an emergency" I was told by Lisa Sanda (owner) that I didn't press the correct extension to leave my message and that no-one comes into the office until 7am so they did not receive it. I tried explaining through her talking over me that I did what it said to do in their email communication for cancellation. She then told me I did not provide a 24 hour cancellation notice. Nowhere in their email communication for confirmation of service is there any verbiage of required direct line to enter in order to leave a cancellation message nor is there any verbiage pertaining to a 24 hour cancellation notice. This company failed to cancel my appointment that I called the day prior and cancelled and instead lies on their invoice stating I cancelled day of and adds a trip charge. Never mentioned a trip charge, they did work at my home and then had to lie and overcharge I suppose to pay for their e

We have been using this family owned business for several years now. Every time they come to our home, they are punctual, thorough, polite, and professional. They also take the time to explain everything that they are doing and answer our questions. We just had two new AC unit’s installed and we are very happy with how smoothly it all went with trying to fit all the equipment into the original spaces. It was a big job, but Cory and Scott are wonderful and knowledgeable and did an awesome job for us.

Beware!!! of this company. The technician say something to you and put something in their notes. If you complain about this bad professional conduct, the manager freaks out. I had a terrible experience and suggest not to go with them. My ac unit was leaking and technician told me that he don't know the reason and will probably have to contact trane (manufacurer to get the details), he also told me getting a coil cleaned is 50% chances to which I said first understand the problem and then get it cleaned. They shared the report with my home warranty company that coils need to be cleaned to further diagnose. When I called "Extreme Cooling" the manager told me that I refused the coil cleaning and when I said it's wrong she started argument. Updated: Hope your manager could have shown same professionalism while talking over the phone (instead of showing frustration of not being able to address the issue). As suggested by manager I will get a different company to cleanup the coil. Updated: I got Trane authorized dealer and first thing he said no need for the coil cleanup and they fixed the issue in one go. I think you have to work in getting good technician too.

Sunday afternoon, we started hearing our air conditioner make high pitch squeals. We knew something was wrong. Monday morning I kept hearing the air turn on , off, on and off constantly. We knew what the problem was and called an AC company, they said they couldn't come out to service our machine for around 30 hours, we would have to wait another day + half. The temperature was quickly rising, we were at almost 90 degrees inside. With 7 month old twins, we couldn't wait 30 + hours without AC. My husband called Gary, he had someone out to us within an hour. They had it fixed asap and saved us a trip to stay somewhere else for the night. (Which just seems like a huge hassle with 2 infants)
