I have been depending on Empire for several years and have never had a complaint. They are punctual, dependable and knowledgeable, and thorough. Cesar completed a maintenance service on my central air system, and I was more than satisfied with the work he did and his professionalism and cheerfulness. There is little turnover in the staff, which is a plus; however, Cesar is new, yet managed my 2-story, steep roof like a champ and completed everything. He took the time to make sure I didn’t need the filter changed, or was having any problems with the system. Thanks so much for another job well done!!!!
Have used a lot of plumbing and air conditioning companies throughout my lifetime. I've learned that when it comes to plumbing, the cheapest quote is never a good idea. Find a company who is professional and knows what they're doing.
Empire has always been a great customer service oriented business, For many years they have taken care of our HVAC system, they always look out for our best interest
John came after dark to look at heat pump and was able to diagnose the problem but unable to repair due to darkness. He was courteous and professional and scheduled repair work for Monday

I have had empire for 16 years, they replaced my hot water heater, replaced my a/c and heating system, put in a whole house water filtration system, they come out twice a year to clean and make sure everything is clean and working for my a/c , heating, water filtration system, they are clean and very professional, i have a server contract with empire thats very reasonable priced and if i have a problem they come right out day or night, they were here today to make sure my A/C system is ready for our summer heat, he was very knowledgeable, clean, and i recommended empire for all your A/C heating, plumbing and electrical needs.

John came out this morning for the semi annual maintenance check on our heat pump and water heater. He was punctual, courteous, professional and efficient. He explained all he did and the condition of our equipment and plan for future visit. It was another good experience from Empire. Thank you all.
They did a biannual service on our two air-conditioning systems at two of our houses, and also filter services. Great work!
AC unit was making an unusual noise. Before John came out the noise stopped. (It’s been intermittent.) John arrived on schedule and attempted to diagnose issue … nothing found. John had some theories but we decided not to do anything until the root cause was determined. John suggested a few things to try if/when the noise returns. John was pleasant, polite, clean, and able to communicate well.
Customer service was excellent. They were quick and communication was easy and clear. A/C technician was friendly and helpful.
John was very complete and efficient in checking and performing maintenance on the water heater. He also saw the need to check the AC units . In addition he cleaned the AC screens. He was very professional and did great work.
