This company is great. They got a technician out the same day to fix my broken AC in 112 degree weather. Also gave me a great deal and my technician Chris was very helpful.

Not all heating and cooling companies are alike. It can be a challenge to figure which HVAC company will provide you with the best service to fit your budget and your needs. Diamond AC & Heating gain my trust from the office staff to the experienced maintenance techs, they are polite, professional, knowledgeable, ON TIME and friendly. They always follow up and do routine maintenance without being reminded. 5 stars all day! Recommend to all my friends, family neighbors and anyone that ask!
This company is not good they do poor work, they have cost my mother in law thousands of dollars in repairs on her home. They left us without any heat in the winter for 49 days . Which resulted in every one coming down very ill. They are never available to help. It's been 2 years dealing with them and they still have not fixed the issues nor have they tried to acknowledge that they are at fault and now that I've had to involve the roc and the inspector they all of a sudden want to come fix it which I have had to sit around and wait for them at least 7 times for them to get here and not fix the problem poor company in my opinion choose anyone else over them
Rescued us when our AC stopped working on a holiday with temperatures in the 115. I would recommend this company to everyone. Oue tech was Tom - Kind friendly thoughtful fast reasonable

None of us consumers respond well to unsolicited spam calls. Christian can put to tune up my A/C, while doing his duties I ask him a lot of questions about my AC unit. I found him to be very forthcoming and very knowledgeable. With that knowledge, I used it to get my AC and Heating services locked down for the next 5 to 10 years without any worries, thanks to Christian and Diamond Air.
Christian was here on time and went right to work. He did all that was needed and then was very forthright about the problems with the A/C. When I suggested getting through this summer, he said it would probably not make it. Then he told me about the cost increase from last use, the difficulty of getting units in a rapid way, and that convinced me to get a new unit. I do not want to wait a week to get a unit in the middle of the Phoenix heat. Thanks Christian for being honest with me! New A/C here we come!!
David has serviced our A/C everytime we've had an issue and I wouldn't want anyone else. He's very friendly, professional and quick. We will always use Diamond as long as they're around.

When the AC unit went out in my home they sent Christian to come talk to me about the different options I had to help get us cooling again before the hottest part of summer came.
