We always have excellent service from Desert diamond, every technician that has come out has truly been awesome and informative. Taking a moment to call out Hayden who just recently came to a call for us on a hot July afternoon. He came before the scheduled arrival time, very personable from the first phone call to completion of the work that needed to be done. Thank you so much for helping out and being a great representation of what Desert Diamond comes to offer all around! Great technicians like you are what keeps customers coming back.

Incredible service! Our AC went out in the middle of the day on the Fourth of July. Despite it being a holiday, Desert Diamond had a technician out to my house in less than 2 hours. So so grateful!
Hayden was helpful and got us up and running! Also helped us plan for future maintenance and issues we could have. Customer service was great in getting everything scheduled.
I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to get me scheduled sooner than others in the area. Hayden took the time to explain the service plans and answered all of our questions. Ultimately, we signed up and are glad we did. If looking for a local and family owned operation, Desert Diamond is definitely worth a look.
Our technician, Nixa, was great. Gave us good advice, i felt. Was very nice on this nasty hot day,,114. Came over in an hour.
AC went out when it’s 113 outside :/ Tech was able to get to my property same day and resolved issue in 30 min. Great service, will use again if trouble comes knocking. Thank you
Company advertises themselves as 24 hour service - of the two phone numbers they offer for contact, one just tells you to leave a message and they'll call back during regular business hours (then hangs up), and the other sits on hold without ever picking up. I wish I could recommend their services, since it seems people generally like them, but after multiple attempts I was unable to get a hold of anyone.
Nixa was excellent, explained the entire repair process and answered all my questions .I will definitely use Nixa and Desert Diamond for regular maintenance.

Technician Julio was excellent. Was on time, very respectful and explained everything he did very clearly so I could understand. Made suggestions for future and I felt like he was very caring about his customers. I plan on this company to be the one I call for any maintenance or issues with the a/c.

Technicians are always professional and friendly. They explain everything about the numbers they get from your AC to you in ways that everyone can understand. They also text you a picture of your technician before arrival so you know who you’re answering the door to. Highly recommended.

Our AC went out on Friday night. We had a membership with a different company, who after 40 hours of waiting for the technician, stopped taking our calls. We very desperately, early afternoon on Sunday (Fathers Day at that), reached out to Desert Diamond. Within an hour, our tech had called us to les us know he was on the way. Hayden, our tech, showed up exactly on time, quickly identified the issue and resolved it. And before leaving, confirmed everything was fixed. We were in a real bind, Phoenix in June and all, and Desert Diamond truly saved the day. Thank you!
I’ve had 3 repairs done by Desert Diamond and I have been satisfied with all of them, not to mention they are extremely timely. Their technician, Nixa, has done 2 of the repairs and always has been professional and helpful in explaining the problem and solution. She even went above and beyond to chat with me about possible plans for replacement of the unit. I’d recommend this company for HVAC repairs to anyone.

Phenomenal customer service! When our AC went out, all the other companies we called didn't answer or the expected call back never came. Ivan called back in ten minutes. He was extremely courteous and set up an appointment first thing the very next day, with only an hour window. He went straight to work and solved our problem quickly. Highly recommend Desert Diamond to everyone who has an AC unit in their house. Update: Our A/C finally died. But Desert Diamond came and saved the day. Dakota came out and set us up with a portable unit to survive while it was out. But it was only out for a few days before the team came out and replaced it for us. Great speed, great service, and superior customer service.
