Myke and his assistant were extremely professional, articulate, and hard-working. They completed each part of the process carefully and communicated the repair options without any pressure. This was an excellent service experience.

Today Paul gave me n Manny a estimate on a new water heater and did a plumbing inspection he answered our questions friendly and professional great respectable person and he gave us info on financing bt we been with Day n Night Service for over 15 yrs or more I remember our AC went out on us on a Saturday n middle of summer we called Day n Night they were here to do the service that was needed and it didn't take long to solve the problem and the bill was only 75 dollars and that was a great price I have recommended Day n Night to Family , friends n Neighbors and today they choose Day n Night for their plumbing and AC service great job Day N Night
Thank you so much to everyone that helped make my home livable. Fixing the cold temperature areas in my home saved my life! Thank you to Brandon, Jud, Kevin, Ronnie, Danny, Ryan, and George. They were all very professional, very knowledgeable, very nice, and fun to be around. Everyone in this group worked so hard to get my home temperature fixed. Andy K. was very kind, courteous, professional, and thorough in explaining the possible costs of fixing the problem. He endured yipping dogs with grace and upon completion, he completely cleaned up everything- even the surrounding floor! What a wonderful person to have on your staff. Thank you for your service. Andy did a great job in repairing my plumb ing problem. I would only recommend that the invoice breakdown to include original price and show actual discounts applied as a VIP member, and also parts and labor separated
My AC was out yesterday. The temperature was 112-113 outside. It was so hot inside my house even with 3 fans on. I had to sleep at my friend’s house. Home Shields Ins Company can’t find a technician to fix my AC. I called Day and Night around 7:45am today. They got the technician came at around 10:45am. Travis, the technician, is so professional and respectful. He wore shoe covers before I asked him to. He was so patient checking everything. He even took time to talk to my Ins. Company to get approval for the service. I give Travis a five stars for his performance today. Thanks Day and Night for your quick response. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The repairman called ahead and confirmed his arrival. He was polite and thorough about both inside and outside work. He took time to explain the situation and answered my few questions.
Had a condenser stop working the day before I left for a week long trip, so a little stressful. Day and Night came out and promptly diagnosed and fixed it right up. Sako was excellent, and answered a bunch of other related questions I had while he explained what he was fixing and why. I feel I got great value, and will call them again if something breaks.

I had a brand new AC/Heat unit installed today by Day & Night, a Trane unit. The techs left less than 4 hours ago. The brand new thermostat stopped working at some point in those last 4 hours. I called their 24 hour line and spoke with their online chat support. They will not send someone out to fix the unit tonight it is 90 degrees in my house and 95 degrees outside. I spent over $17K on a new unit today. I have checked the breakers and GFIs. Everything else in my house is working. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced on a big ticket item. I am sincerely disappointed and appalled that a company called Day & Night doesn't have anyone they can send out in the night, especially for the amount of money I spent with them on a brand new system today. I will revise this review if they get someone out here tonight, though it does not sound promising.
Had these folks install ducting for our range hood vent. The crew Mike and Caleb showed up on time and did an awesome job installing the ductwork. I would definitely recommend these folks for your ductwork.
Rickey is THE BEST. He has been taking care of my HVAC since it was first installed and it has been running absolutely maintenance perfect ever since and it is about 10 years old. Not only is he amazing but the whole team and staff at Day & Night have been a wonderful company and will continue to use them and I highly recommend them.
Steven came to maintenance my HVAC system as we were getting ready to sell our house and he went above and beyond. He made sure everything was taken care of and running nicely for the new owners and I cannot wait to have him come to my new house!
Plumber Technician, Joshua Alvarez, came to our Carefree, AZ home yesterday. He was very professional and knowledgeable. In addition, he was extremely courteous and accommodating. This is our latest experience with Day & Night, a company which has always been responsive and timely.
Everyone we dealt with from the company was extremely professional and friendly, and appointments were kept on time. Technician wasn't satisfied with initial install as it slightly overhung the roofline, so they came back out on a Saturday with a different stand for the AC install. This required additional crane service, at no extra charge to us.
Andrew K came out for our annual plumbing check. He was thorough and explained options to me and did not pressure me to agree to anything more than what I requested. I appreciate not being pressured into anything. He clears three drains for us and flushed our water heater.
