Amazing service and response time!! Daniel was extremely professional and efficient.

Clear Air just this week provided an example of "above and beyond" service. My Trane unit went out - a part not readily available was needed. Initial estimate was part would be in and installed 5/31. Daniel (the service technician) and I spoke about alternatives. He advised he would try to get it expedited. He did, the part came from Florida yesterday and was installed yesterday PM. From Daniel initiating the request to Eva monitoring the status and Thomas installing, this was exceptional service. Friends say "well I use someone else and they can get you taken care of" - my response is "no thanks", Clear Air has and will continue to take care of our HVAC needs. Thank you, Clear Air, for being the client centric company you are.

I am impressed with the top notch staff at Clear Air Conditioning and Heating! I remember how informative and understanding our salesman was in Year 2020 when we had a wonderful Trane A/C installed and we felt an immediate difference in comfort. This past week, Brock stopped by to service our A/C unit by cleaning the condensor coils and even offered to replace our air filters inside. Very glad I chose Clear Air and will recommend them to others.
Very nice guy. Had to come out a 2nd time to fix a loose panel, but came right out and took care of it.
Tyler was very polite and very professional. He answered all my questions more detailed than I expected, he took a lot of pride making sure everything he did was correct and precise. He was also very good with playing with our dog! I will definitely recommend this company.

We used clear air in 2017 to get a new a/c unit. They are very practical and don’t try to upsell products or things you don’t need. They have done yearly maintenance since 2017 and come out promptly if we ever have concerns. Most recently we found our water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. They came out the same day at 5pm and stayed until 8 when they finished installing and cleaning up. For these reasons we will continue to use clear air. We appreciate their honesty and timeliness!
We had a complete system installed which included not only the equipment but a complete installation of the duct and ventilation system which our house did not have. System works great! The installers were professional, clean, and arrived precisely when they told us they would be here.
Daniel was amazing! He was extremely professional and took the time explaining things to me about the different aspects of the system inside and the outside of my house. He went above and beyond in making sure everything was good to go. I was very impressed and appreciated his thoroughness. Highly recommend!!
Had trouble with the thermostat losing power so would not operate. Tyler the technician diagnosed the problem almost immediately after arriving and fixed the challenge in no time. Then ran the system in A/C mode and Heat mode, with system checks. All is wonderful
The Clear Air team placed a new AC/furnace unit.Project manager Gary was on the job and stayed after to get us set up with the wifi connection for our new unit. Thanks much to all the team members.
For 20 years of AC maintenance and service we have always received and experienced top notch results with Clear Air AC. We have never had a reason to look elsewhere for a different AC company. We recently had another new Trane unit installed and once again received exceptional service and workmanship. All their technicians are certainly well trained to intelligently explain any matters and necessary services. Their Sales Manager, Gary Kramer is truly an extensively experienced HVAC professional with great follow-through efforts and stays close to the process with the technicians. For the past 4-5 years we have also utilized Clear Air's Preventative Maintenance Agreement which has proved to be beneficial by keeping our system in the best operating condition. The office staff is responsive, helpful and friendly. Finally, we have come to know the owners quite well over the many years who are the most caring people coupled with operating a very ethical business. This is difficult to find in today's business environment. We will continue to use Clear Air AC and refer with confidence to anyone who needs quality HVAC services. Jim Freda
