I had a very disappointing experience with Chas Roberts. When I first called Chas Roberts, customer service told me labor warranty is expired, only parts are covered. I accepted that. But when tech came to site, denied warranty service. I had to call back customer service. Then both Chas Roberts customer service and I agreed that I pay service while parts still under warranty. When eventually tech come to site, The tech quoted me price and asked to send to me auhtorization form for me to aithorize. I agreed. Yet, Instead of sending me authorizing form, the dispatch called and demanded full payment before comencing the work. What does that mean? Are they confident about their diagnosis? Were they worrying about that once they performed the work the AC may still not be running? When you hire an AC contractor, you want them to resolve the problem for the AC to run again, isn't it? Who is going to pay for the full service fee before the AC back running again? Such dispatcher is not qualified for the position abuse the power that he holds.
We had an issue with the multi zone A/C unit and the technician was able to isolate and correct the problem in a timely manner.. He also took the time to educate us on how the unit should function. Thx
The service man was great, fast and efficient. I was very grateful for the whole service!
Mike is the best. Checked unit and had the system back up and running within minutes. Turns out was just a silly little run capacitor at the blower in the air handler. In and out within an hour after checking to make sure everything was running properly again. Thanks, Mike
Brian was on time and thoroughly inspected our system. He gave detailed explanations on each item. He answered all questions in detail.
HVAC serviceman from Chas Roberts came to check my a/c units. Did a great job, was very professional and kept me informed on the progress. I have been with this company since April, 2002 when we built the house.
We unfortunately had our AC go out on a Sunday morning. Our technician was Gabe. He was professional, explained everything that was going on, and was considerate of our home.

So glad I bought the warranty program. The maintenance technician (Mo) was just out checking my system and did an outstanding job checking everything. He answered my questions & gave me pointers. Everything looked great and I’m good until my next checkup. This service gives me great peace of mind, which I value very highly. I feel confident my AC system will keep my home comfortable for the Summer & beyond. Thank you Chas Roberts!!

The engineer (Damon) that came out was very knowledgeable, listened Intently and then proceed to adjust and refine our equipment to meet the air balance concerns we had! Afterwards he explained everything in perfect detail so we could understand what was done. Very satisfying experience!
My Chas Roberts technician was very professional and explained everything to me throughout the repair. I have always used Chas Roberts as they have always been quick and professional and never try to overcharge me for unnecessary parts or services.
Fernando was so good! Professional and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and was able to answer all my questions and fix my problem preventing future damage.
Jordan was our service tech. In addition to taking care of the service call quickly, he also offered advice on how to save on energy costs, and showed me other features on how my A/C system worked, which was really appreciated. Service technician was good but the office didn’t give him my custom order so he’ll have to come back to install the reusable filter
Banr he explained everything to me. He checked the unit out. He was very polite and he knew what he was doing. This is the first time I use this company.
Great service, communication was great and once they found the problem.The repairs were made in within the time frame estimated. People please always call a professional person to work on your A/C . The previous person that worked on our unit , placed the wrong part that caused the unit to leaked.
