David owner of Biltmore Mechanical is the BEST! He caught a repair that two other techs missed, and he caught it within 20 seconds of inspecting my unit. This guy knows his stuff extremely well!

Woke up with AC issues on my older unit. Saw a few neighbors recommending David on nextdoor and decided to give him a call. He was able to stop by and fix the issue within just a couple of hours. He was very knowledgeable about my unit and took the time to answer a few questions I had. Definitely will be giving him a call next time as well.
5 stars! We arrived from out of town late one evening to 90+ deg. inside the house and an error on the thermostat. As issues were discovered, each was explained in real time with pictures and costs. They returned first thing the following morning to change parts, service both A/C units and didn't leave until they knew they were functioning well.
I called David first thing in the morning and explained what was going on with my unit, he was at my house with the problem diagnosed before I go home from work... To say this gentlemen is top notch is an understatement. If you want a contractor who takes pride in his work, is reliable and fair, then look no further than Biltmore Mechanical!
Always answers the phone and makes time for emergencies. Doesn't overcharge and takes care of the problem without trying to sell me something I dont need. Thank you so much.

Hands down best service. David is professional, attentive but above all trustworthy. As a small business owner he truly helped to resolve my a/c issue in my place of business. He arrive promptly and came to the rescue on 2 separate occasions. He really educated me about the issue and remedied the solution quickly. I contacted Biltmore Mechanical and David came out the next day to troubleshoot my AC UNIT. It seems that the 2 stage function was unplugged and never wired inside the unit and my thermostat. David quickly troubleshooted and fixed the issue. Will use again for future needs.
Thanks David for taking care of our new ac unit. We are so happy with the service from Biltmore Mechanical. David replaced our old unit and install new ducts and vents in our house. We got air flow all over the house and in every room. His price is by far more reasonable than our other quotes. David is honest and very professional, he does great work. David of Biltmore Mechanical is an absolute TREASURE! My A/C unit stopped working and I was completely gutted. David came out within a couple hours of my call and diagnosed my problem with integrity. He could have went the easy way out and told me my A/C was from the stone age (it's REALLY old) and there was no hope. Instead, he assessed and communicated the parts I needed in a step-wise fashion. He even changed them the SAME DAY!!! His personality, skill set, and pricing is why I would recommend him to anyone, anytime, and anywhere
My ac went out and as usual , it always happens on the weekend and when we have over 100 degrees.. Biltmore Mechanical to the rescue! I found them on Yelp and they had very good reviews so I called. The girl who answered the phone was very helpful and polite, promised that they will be at my place between 12 and 4 pm THE SAME DAY!!! The technician ran a bit behind but called and said he will be another hour, since he is the other side of the valley, and so it was! he was polite informative, fixed my problem in about an hour, his price was very reasonable!! I highly recommend David and Biltmore Mechanical and cooling!

I found This company online after another HVAC company was unable to figure out why my AC unit was leaking from the return vent. David was able to figure it out and corrected the problem. After doing that I had him service the unit. He informed me at that time there were many issues with it. So I had him replace with a brand new one. Upon the first installation attempt, he was able to see a plumber was needed to cap a water line. He was able to refer a plumber who capped water lines and wound up replacing my hot heater that was in VERY bad shape. All this was especially helpful as I am an absentee landlord. Excellent service, great work and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!
I can't say enough good things about David. I'm an out-of-state landlord who got a text from my tenant that the AC unit had stopped working. David had the best price, was super friendly to work with, did a good job, and in general just runs a really professional outfit. I shopped around from the job and can say that going with anyone else would have been a big mistake. Thanks David!
