Kyle was extremely professional and thorough. He even fixed an issue we had been having with our thermostat that even Trane couldn’t help with.
I was out of town and they worked a family member to get everything installed. I was able to take care of everything over the phone to get it installed before I got back into town. Huge shout out to the installers doing that in July in AZ!

Anthony from Benefit Air was very courteous and responsible and professional. He explained the issue with our unit, and was able to repair it. He replaced my air filters too. This company is very fair and reasonable. We have used them for years, and will continue to do so.

Benefit installed our system over 10 years ago and we have continued to use them because of their friendly and professional service. I was pleasantly surprised to see the same tech that was out before. I guess you are stuck with us now Juan!

Came out to diagnose the problem the day I called, we totally upfront with pricing. Great experience, the unit is repaired and I didn't have to be there. Paid over the phone and am good to go.

I had my unit inspected yesterday to be sure it will be ok this summer. Kyle came, very nice person, and did the job. He even replaced my air filters and lights that were too high for me. Talk about full service. Benefit is the best!
If you are looking for a long-term, reliable, friendly, flexible, and efficient company to work with, Benefit has been the best! All work completed was orally reviewed and explained in an understandable way. I did not do a cost comparison with other companies because I assume that the services may all be in a similar price range. The two times I have used Benefit has been totally worth it. I also love the lady quartet singing around the mic in their ad! Highly recommend.
My experience with Benefit air started several years ago. My old A/C went out in July/August. I was referred to Benefit Air. The initial visit was smooth and appreciated. The technician was informative and talked about the various options. He was able to fix the A/C and take an amount off the cost of installation to secure them the installation, instead of price shopping other companies. The new A/C worked for the remainder of the summer. Issue #1 The next winter, the heater took a long time to heat the house, I called and was brushed aside on the phone, saying that heat pumps take awhile to heat in the winter. I assumed they knew what they were talking about and had a cold house for the remainder of the winter. Fast forward to the summer, the A/C was taking a long time to cool the house. I believe it took two visits for them to finally fix the issue of a leak that was causing the issue. Issue #2 The unit worked fine for the next summer, and then I started to have issues with it not cooling in the winter. I had a technician come out and diagnose the issue as a faulty defrost control board. They were going to charge 114 for a "warranty processing fee" for a piece that was just over 2 yrs old. The installation charge was going to be 350 for swapping it out. (20 minutes of work) After getting a second opinion... The problem ended up just being a loose C-wire connection from their installation..... They were friendly, so I won't give them a 1 star review. But, I would hope for a more competent diagnostic effort for expensive A/C work.
We have used Benefit Air for years regarding maintenance service for our AC. It was time to replace our unit and we choose Benefit Air because their service as always been professional, good value and an excellent warranty.
