It was a Sunday AND a holiday weekend we had a house full of guests, Tom came out in a timely manner and got the AC working. The price was incredible, there was no extras he tried to throw in. Would use them again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks TOM MATTINGLY
This company was excellent! They responded right away and were able to get us on the schedule within 24 hours to make sure we didn't have to go too long without AC. They were very thorough and were able to get our system running in a short amount of time. I highly recommend this company. They are a pleasure to work with!
All I can say is Tom is a man of his word. I purchased a Lennox A.C/ Heat unit. about 4 years ago....I have never had to call him with any issues but decided I would have him give it a once over before I turned it on this year. Tom showed up on schedule and gave the unit a professional cleaning and maintenance inspection. After he was complete I asked him how much I owed and he replied nothing.... I was very surprised and Happy. It is this kind of service that reflects (MY WORD IS MY GUARANTEE)...Thanks a million Tom and keep up the GREAT SERVICE!
We have an AC Chiller system and not a lot of AC companies can work on this type of system. AZ Trusted Air not only fixed my system, they were able to research the specific AC chiller my home needed and has totally improved the system. I recommend AZ Trusted Air to everyone because they are trustworthy, prompt, and very efficient. Thank you
0/10 I would not recommend. Took the business over a week to get back to me, had the wrong materials and the wrong unit for the job. There are multiple reviews that say they showed up efficiently and effectively however people I've talked to who have actually had work done by this company have said they have never been on time. I can also attest to this. Please look for a different business to work with. Professional very unprofessional, very dirty and nasty. I'm pretty sure most of the workers are on drugs. I went to the shop and it is the scummiest place I've ever been inside of.
My AC stopped working. Tom came out within a couple of hours, at night. He was able to get the unit running through the night until he could get a new unit for me. Within a day his guys had the new AC installed, and blowing cold air. My air conditioner stopped working a few months ago on a Sunday evening when the temperature was above 100 degrees. I called Tom who told me that he had a job in front of mine but would be there as soon as possible. Thank goodness he showed up and got the air conditioner running that night. I was very grateful that he showed up late on a Sunday night and took care of the problem. We discussed the need for a new unit, which I was well aware of since the unit was over 15 years old. A couple of days ago my AC failed me again; of course, on a Friday. I spoke with Tom and he managed to have a new unit installed on Saturday afternoon. Tom is extremely knowledgeable and kind. He went above and beyond to make things happen. I would definitely recommend AZ Trusted Air for all of your HVAC needs.
AZ Trusted Air has kept my AC up and running for over 6 years. They actually give an honest assessment of your AC. They absolutely was look out for me instead of sales. Generally, without me looking through a catalog of new ACs..., He resolves the issue. When the time comes I need a new AC, I would trust no other company to assure me that's the truth!

I can't say enough about our experience with AZ Trusted Air. When you live in Phoenix, AZ, (with summer temps exceeding 115⁰F) you HAVE TO HAVE a dependable HVAC team you can count on. Especially in Arizona where the summer's are brutal!! My family and I have been using AZ Trusted Air going on 7 years or so now and we've been nothing but happy! Whether it's a simple maintenance check, or even a "Middle of the Night Freak Out Emergency" bc your thermostat has gone out, Tom and his guys are quick to take action. And they always treat us like family. It's the kind of professionalism and service you rarely see anymore. Tom has also helped us save a TON of money bc of his attention to detail an proactive approach to dealing with problems. If they see an issue that needs attention, they'd rather take an hour of their own time fixing something for free rather than push the issue under the rug like other companies we've dealt with in the past. If you require HVAC services in the Phoenix valley then you owe it to yourself to give Tom and his guys a call at AZ Trusted Air. I know I'll be keeping them #1 on my speed dial. Lies and unkept promises! Tom, cannot keep his promises!! And cannot make his appointment times, that he suggests! First day, he told me he would be at the house around 10:00am, he finally arrived after 1200pm after several text messages. Then he had to come back for day two, because "he didn't bring enough supplies". Late again, told me around 10:00am again after 12:00 and more text messages. And still didn't bring all supplies(No new thermostat as promised, per are first conversation). And let me add, around 4:00pm he stopped working and wanted to know if I could pay him $1,000 cash, so he could make his payroll. I had to make another appointment for next week. First appointment no show/ no call. I called Tom, no answer, then called office. Received a sad story about Tom and how I should have pity on Tom. Made a new appointment, Again, no show, but I did receive a call from Chrissy, saying she could not contact Tom. With Tom, is always a story, and who knows if its a lie!
Their tec put too much freon in my unit it stopped working they charged me for the freon and charged me to come out an extra time never paid me back they removed the freon that I paid for go figure. I would suggest go with someone else!
Bad experience with a new AC install. Do NOT call this company!!! If I could give zero stars I would. First, they were almost 3 hours late, with no communication about the delay. My husband had to call them to ask when their ETA was. They did apologize and make many excuses, but the lack of communication was an issue. Secondly, they did not even bring a ladder to our roof AC install. Thirdly, the AC install was not even complete when they left. They left the job site with the AC power cord hanging in the air (instead of informing us we needed an extension cord, they just left it...) and a piece of the drain was left strewn about on our roof. Overall, I would NEVER recommend them to anyone else. So disappointed that we spent this kind of money for this poor of service.
Frank and his team were amazing and very professional. They replaced my entire AC/Heating unit inside and outside. I would recommend them to any friends and family. They had a quick response time and great attention to detail, making sure everything was working perfectly and up to code. Thank You!
WORST Company ever. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Paid a deposit only to have a tech show up and not know how to do the job of replacing a thermostat. Was told I would get a new tech, never heard back from them. When I asked for my deposit back I was told they had to "look into it". Haven't heard back since. AVOID these THIEVES at all cost!!!! Would give 0 stars if I could.
After 6 months of installation and running,this is still the best HVAC I worked with! Here’s a summary: - Prices for a new air compressors, duct rerouting, installing new ducts, insulation was literally the best I could find! “And I shopped around for 2 months” - Tom and all of the techs really went above and beyond to make sure everything worked great. Even called the next week unsolicited to check on how things are going and made a free visit to inspect - It did take them an extra day or 2 to get all the work done but that’s mostly cause they wanted everything done how you want your house done and let me say they fixed many things they weren’t even contracted for. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I replaced an AC compressor both outdoor and indoor unit. Installed a new return duct system and rerouted many of the existing ones and I also did insulation. The fact a customer is writing a positive review 6 months after installation alone should tell you how good a company this is. Would definitely recommend and use again.
What a wonderful company!! Ive never gotten such excellent customer service in my life. The owner always puts his customers first at the forefront of it all i never feel like hes trying to get over on me and theres alot to be said for that. Dont hesitate because you will never find a better quality workmanship at the same low price.! Hands down AZ Trusted Air is on point!!
Very curtious personnableabd did a professional job at fair price in 115 degree weather. I'd highly recommend them.
