Bryan and Tim did a great job on the installation of our new A/C system. We are very pleased with the service we received.
I must say that in the years of working with Jay there is pretty much zero negativity to speak of and I don’t have time to write a book covering all of the positive aspects of Jay and Arizona Comfort. We never have to wait on a response from Jay and once we have completed our walk through I receive an estimate in less than a hour. Top-tier in a highly competitive construction industry and I would recommend to anyone. Thanks Jay for helping us to keep moving forward.

The technician was on time and did a fantastic job! I’m very inquisitive, so he tolerated and responded to all my questions very well. Thank you. While my unit is only three years old, there was an issue which he pointed out to me and I appreciated that he did that and I have the comfort of knowing my unit will take care of me during the hot Arizona summer months!
I absolutely recommend these guys! My AC stopped blowing cool air, after hours in the evening. I called AZ comfort Specialist and David came out to inspect and service my unit first thing in the morning before the temperature got to hot outside. I appreciated how thorough he was, the promptness, his professionalism, reasonable price, hand having cold air again!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We hired Arizona Comfort to remove old ductwork and replace with all new ductwork and install new insulation. Originally I was told it would be a two day job for the ductwork. But when two men showed up and saw I had a 6 month at home, they called two more guys and completed the work in one day! They worked over 12 hours so that my little one could sleep in his own crib! They were extremely professional, protected my personal belongings and even cleaned up! I can’t recommend them enough. They went above and beyond.

A year ago Arizona Comfort Specialists replaced 2 AC units at my home and returned on the anniversary for a maintenance check up. They are awesome! Very professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable and very decent pricing. I have been a customer for about 15 years and am completely satisfied! I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs. We moved into a home that had recently installed a new A/C system with this company. This included an extended warranty with 1 maintenance service remaining. We used this remaining service recently. David did a fantastic job and was also able to diagnose and recommend a solution to a problem of uneven heating and cooling in parts of the home. This required that 2 transfer ducts be installed. David and Michael did a wonderful job with this project. They were on time, efficient, and thoroughly cleaned up the area afterwards. David made sure I understood how everything worked and went above and beyond. He even went out of his way to open vents in our 12 foot ceilings. Arizona Comfort Specialists is a wonderful company to work with. They’ve responded to every issue we’ve had in a timely manner. One of the thermostats would not calibrate and they replaced it without question. I was so satisfied that I signed up for a 2 year maintenance program for 2 units. I would highly recommend this company & give 5 stars to the technicians…especially David.
I recently decided to replace my A/C unit. I've used Arizona Comfort Specialists in the past and had great experiences so I knew I could trust them to walk me through purchasing the right unit for my needs. They explained all the different options and did not try to oversell me on something I didn't need. This is a family-owned business and very honest and transparent. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and honest repair company.

This company installed our AC system in 2019 and I rely on them for maintenance on the system. They are incredibly professional and yet personable. David and Josiah are the techs I’m most familiar with and they are great! David just completed the summer maintenance on the system. From the owner to the office staff to the techs, this company never disappoints! If I could give more stars, I would.

I recently had to have my AC unit replaced. I had reached out to AZ Comfort Specialists for a quote and so glad I had. All of the girls in the office were incredibly sweet and very attentive. Jay was such a help with making the decision on the unit, completely honest about not needing a bigger unit (which I was told by another company I should go with). Day of installation everything was great. Jay and his team worked so well together, it was refreshing to see how great they treated & helped each other. They were also so gentle with my dog, who at first would not stop barking (they had more patience for it than I). Thanks again for everything!
I highly recommending Arizona Comfort Specialists. I have been one of their customers for the past 19 years. Installed and maintain all 3 of my units. Each and every time I call, the office is extremely friendly. All the technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, on time, clean, and they get to work right the way. They explain the service clearly to me.
I had a leak in my old unit and called Arizona Comfort Specialists to look at it. The scheduling process was easy and Josia's came out to diagnose the problem and give me my options. They were able to schedule a new unit installation immediately. The installers David and Francisco did a great job and now I am using way less electricity to keep my house cooler than it was.

My AC went out and I tried to get it repaired through my home warranty service. After waiting almost a week, my AC was still not fixed. In desperation, I contacted Arizona Comfort Specialists who were recommended to me by my coworker. John was out to my property in a matter of hours and had my AC up and running. He was very professional and astute and solved the problem quickly. I am so grateful that I contacted them - they really cared about my situation and were very responsive to my requests. I look forward to using them in the future!
