Responded and gave me a quicker than expected response time. They came quicker than expected too. Explained what they were seeing in detail, gave a quote, and did the work very quick (changed a compressor and cleaned the AC unit outside). Recommended another possible replacement depending on how things hold up. Great service!
Very friendly, communicative and responsive from start to finish! We initially called another AC company that claimed to be 24/7 at 9pm when our AC went out. My call went to a grumpy operator that said they would call me to schedule at 8am when they opened. I called Arcadia right after - talked to someone that actually worked in the company - and was told someone could come out that night. We ultimately chose to wait until the morning and had Josh come out to work with us. He was efficient and transparent in what needed to get done to make our AC work. He didn’t push a new AC on us, which was great! Very happy with this company.
Amazing experience. I couldn’t find an AC company that could figure out the issue. Jimmy was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, honest, and kind. He came out in the middle of the night during an excessive heat warning! Local business, human experience. I’ll only use Arcadia Air moving forward.
My a/c quit on a Friday evening, so I Googled for an HVAC company that had 24° response—hoping to get an appointment for the next morning. I tried Arcadia as it is local and not a huge chain. The phone was answered by a friendly and understanding woman who got me set up for Saturday morning. The technician arrived a little later than the window of time, but touched base via text message to let me know. He was quick, thorough, got my a/c back on track pretty quickly, and was really friendly and easy to work with. It was a great experience and I will definitely use Arcadia in the future. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was the cost; I don’t think they are any more expensive than other companies, I was just hoping for the amount of time spent and the materials used (which I have an idea about because I used to work in apartment management and we ordered those parts for our maintenance guy to use) it would be a bit lower than the competition. I can’t fault them for the market rate, though, and the service was awesome—especially for a weekend!
I needed an emergency service on our AC. Jimmy was the only person to call back prior to business hours out of 10 companies and was able to send someone out same day within 3 hours on a holiday weekend. I received a mini bio via text about the person coming to my home to provide the service which I appreciated. Sean provided the service, he was friendly and professional. He was efficient in providing the service and was able to resolve the issue same day. I will continue to use them in the future.
It was great, I called in the morning and was able to get someone to come out the same day. Josh was very easy to talk to he was very thorough with checking for any issues and concerns. He addressed all of his concerns about my AC unit and gave me a break down of what needed to be done and why. The work on the unit was done in no time and my AC was working again. I am very pleased and I like that he took his time and did not rush. Very easy to communicate. This is rare for me to give all stars and a good review. I am very pleased with the service and will use Arcadia Air again and refer to family and friends. Thank you for your time.

Josh H. and Arcadia Air are amazing! Our AC went out and they answered their phone at 6am and sent Josh by 9am (on a holiday weekend nonetheless). Josh is a Super Hero! He is knowledgeable, personable, patient with my multiple questions and described things in layman's terms so I could understand. He got the unit up and running, took videos to show me issues in the attic he fixed, took me outside to explain the outdoor unit and what I should keep an eye on for the future. “Amazing” isn’t even a good enough word to describe him! Plus he was honest and saved us literally thousands. My (now) old service company came out the day before and told us our 10 year old unit needed completely replaced, which I knew was not accurate but was typical of how that company does business and has been treating us for 10 years. I’m so glad I found Josh and Arcadia Air as my new service provider and I recommend and urge everyone to consider this honest company as their new AC provider! Thank you again!

Mike friggin nailed the show- he came by on a Sunday evening and diagnosed AND fixed our AC within an hour! He was super informative and friendly. 10/10 would recommend
After coming out on a Friday and diagnosing a problem with our a/c , we made an appointment with Josh for him to come back on Monday to fix it. Unfortunately, the a/c unit had different plans and broke on Saturday, heating up the house to 84. Fortunately for us, Josh came out (on his day off!) and fixed it, saving us from being a houseful of miserable sweaty people. Great job Josh! Thanks!
If you want integrity, honesty, and good quality work, look no further. I wish I was better with words because the experience I had with Arcadia air was beyond incredible. Mike with Arcadia Air did a wonderful job fixing our AC unit! The company sent Mike out late on a Sunday night to ensure our AC was fixed before morning. It was June in Arizona so they knew it was important to get fixed right away! Mike was very friendly, knowledgable and ensured everything was running smoothly before leaving. I would highly recommend Arcadia Air for any HVAC needs!
Very good service. Manny was my tech. He knew his stuff and was able to repair my AC in maybe 20 minutes without issue. I'll be using these guys when I replace the whole unit this year.
Timely and professional work at a good price. Was needing a time pressed HVAC checkover to satisfy a home sale buyer request. Called after work and the techs were there before noon the next day. Would use again in a heartbeat vs. some of the bigger box AC outfits that are always advertising! Manny w/Arcadia Air came out within an hour of calling and had the newer unit up and running again in 15 minutes. Love the speed and honest service this company continues to provide!
We came home on Sunday at 5:00pm to find our house temperature in the low 90's. Jimmy had one of his techicians, Josh, out to address the issues within an hour and our unit was back up and running before the sun was down. Josh was timely, professional, and extremely friendly. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I reached out to Arcadia Air on Sunday evening when my AC unit stopped cooling the house. Their on-call technician, Josh, was busy with another job, so the owner, Jimmy, came out right away himself at 10 o'clock on a Sunday night. That's dedication! The issue was diagnosed, and a part was needed to make the repair. Josh came out the next morning to replace the necessary part and the AC is blowing cold air again. Josh was friendly and professional. All of this was done promptly and at a reasonable cost. I will be using this company going forward for any AC related issues. Thank you for being honest, prompt and fair Arcadia Air!
