APEX Heating & Air did an outstanding job on the installation of our new HVAC Heating/AC equipment. Apex Heating & Air has also completed ongoing preventive maintenance check-ups on our Heating/AC units. We've referred Apex to numerous friends who have all been extremely happy with the communication, service, problem assessment and repairs completed. Louis and his team provided quality, honest and professional assessment of our Heating/AC issues and then installation of our new equipment. APEX communicated well and kept us informed through the process, showed-up for appointments at the scheduled time, and completed our project with quality workmanship & on time. It's nice to have a contractor that's reliable, responsive, trustworthy, prides themselves on quality work and provided an excellent customer experience while addressing our Heating/AC issues and installing new HVAC equipment. Louis was great. He knew what was wrong with my AC when I explained to him over the phone what was wrong. He ordered the part and returned the next day to install it and it works great.
Apex was amazing. Louis was super professional and clearly a very experienced and knowledgeable technician who replaced our evaporation coil and serviced our compressor. The evaporator coil installation took a fair amount of fabrication to make it fit our system. Louis did it all in stride and it works beautifully. Will always call Apex! Apex was a 10 out of 10!
No need to explain actually because we've been on the phone multiple times If I was able to post the recordings of the phone calls I would have but the recordings are there I would definitely appreciate it if you would stop calling my phone though

I just had my annual checkup on a unit they installed last year. Last year, I selected Apex after consulting with about TWENTY other companies. Once again, I'm amazing at the thorough and professional service. They show up when they're supposed to and do the job right the first time. The techs are professional and respectful. I thought the checkup was going to be a 15 minute visit. They were here a while checking over everything. They also explained to me what they did and why. If you're looking for someone to trust, this is the company. It is also very important to me to support local companies, which they are. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.
Hands down THE BEST customer service! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to have AC/Heating work done!

I had an appointment scheduled for this company to fix a minor issue with my air-conditioning and the company said they left myself or my husband’s Apple messages to which they didn’t and when I called to see what was up and if the company was actually coming out they said oh we didn’t respond to our messages so we can’t send a tech out and I had to re-confirm the appointment and go through everything all over again I had done the night before. I had an appointment scheduled for this company to fix a minor issue with my air-conditioning and the company said they left myself and my husband’s Apple messages to which they didn’t and when I called to see what was up and if the company was actually coming out they said “oh we didn’t respond to our messages so we can’t send a tech out”. Go to companies try to call you again prior to coming out for an appointment and not just one and done. I had to re-confirm the appointment and go through everything all over again I had done the night before with my issue. The gentleman I spoke to then proceeded to tell me again this is my fault I didn’t answer my phone even though they had the wrong number and “that the ball was in my court and I could decide if I wanted my AC fixed or not” I work in Industry where we use a lot of companies for air-conditioning and plumbing and they said the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Dementia and even though this was a minor fix that needed to be addressed I have a baby so I can’t have my house 100+ degrees that’s why I needed this fixed so quickly. Did not expect the treated so poorly to be interrupted and to be treated aggressively when I asked a question on why are you going through this all again I thought I had an appointment scheduled. I’ll be using the family ever again and I will be telling all my industry partners in multi family, real estate as well as my family and friends to not use this company based upon the customer service and lack of follow through from this company.
Was assigned APEX through my home warranty on June 15th, 2021. Technician was on site withing two days and had to order parts. Today is August 4th, 2021 and A/C is NOT fixed. Called home warranty and APEX and they kept throwing the ball at each other. Finally called my home warranty to cancel my policy and they tried contacting APEX, APEX told them that I canceled the service (which is a lie, I have phone records) Been without A/C for almost two months in AZ at temps over 110 degrees.

I was assigned this contractor through my home warranty company. I scheduled an appointment for AC issues. My appointment was initially set for Wed between 1 and 5PM. No one ever showed and I did not receive any calls from the company. After calling them myself to check the status, I was told that due to delays, they would be out the following day between 1 and 5PM. At 8:30PM, a technician had still not been to my residence and I had received no updates from the company. I was finally able to get a technician on the phone who indicated he would personally be at my residence between 9:30 and 10Am the following morning. Well, they never showed and again no updates from the company. Even though it is during business hours, no one will answer their phone and the message says they are closed. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Very unprofessional.
I tried to use them with my home warranty company and I got a text saying that someone was going to come between 12am - 5pm but I never received any updated appointment text or if/when they were coming. AC is still not running and just trying to get help. I tried calling several times but it either did not pick up or it went to the recording saying they were closed even though it was well between the stated business hours. Not sure if this is the normal operating standards but I am hesitant to trust a company based on this lack of interaction with customers. I doubt anyone will see this. B
I am beyond frustrated and upset! It’s been 117 degrees the last week and our AC went out last Wednesday so I put in a request for service through our home warranty AHS! They assigned this company and I called them the next day and they were not able to send anyone out until Sunday between 8am-2pm in the mean time my family of 6 are all sleeping in 1 room with a small portable AC waiting and Sunday came and no call and nobody showed up and of course the office is closed so you can’t get ahold of anyone so I called AHS let them know the situation and they told me either them or the AC company will be calling me that day. No one called so I called Apex Monday at 8am when they opened and they said idk what happened the orders here but it didn’t dispatch we’re so sorry we will have someone come out today between 1pm-5pm and you’ll get a call from the technician. So I waited again and knowing they close at 5 pm I started getting nervous around 3pm and still no call I decided to call the office to just check in and it said the office is closed and there was no ability to leave a message! I waited until 5pm giving them the benefit of the doubt but 5pm rolled around and nothing. I again called AHS who I spent 3 hours on the phone with getting no where! They said they have to wait for the AC company to respond and tell them why they didn’t come out! So in the meantime they are leaving my family to die in the AZ summer heat with no AC and we can’t even get the warranty company to get us a hotel room! I am super disappointed in this AC company!
Louis at APEX was the best. He came in to evaluate our needs for a remodel and gave us certain options based upon our budget. He met all of our deadlines and exceeded all of our expectations. I can't recommend his company enough. Beyond all that, Louis is a wonderful person and you cannot go wrong in selecting his business as your go-to HVAC service provider.
