Leo did a great job with my A/C repair. True professional with integrity. Great company.
Called today (4th of July) and my inlaws A/C unit had stopped working. They sent out their technician Trey who came with in a couple hours and figured out what was wrong. He was very professional and got the issues fixed quickly. He also checked to make sure there were no other issues. Would definitely use them in the future.
As soon as the technician came in, he started selling their warranty service. Without any real data, said that they he thought the capacitor was going to give out in an year. If I had to do this all over again, I would never ever work with these super expensive guys again ! Stay away is my recommendation
Water heater and softener installed. Everything working great 18 months later! Company is responsive and quick. Techs are thorough and helpful!

We have a leak in our RO System. American Home Water & Air has sent out 3 technicians to our home and the leak is still not repaired. We have been told 1. It is not leaking (we sent videos, took pictures and they have been here) and 2. If it happens again to call and they will take care of it. Technician number 4 is on the way and we were told if it is a "new" problem we will be charged for this visit. It is not a new problem it is the same problem that they cannot fix. We are very frustrated. They have asked us which part is leaking, we have no idea, that's why we called a professional! Disappointed with the service and lack of urgency. Our cabinet is becoming more and more water damaged because of this issue, yet it does not qualify as emergency service. Hoping this company will rectify this mess.
I purchased my water softener from them 8 years ago. They came and serviced it at no charge because I had a 10 year warranty. Great service by Gerardo. They had to change my original appointment but that was understandable. I will purchase from them again!

I use this company for my water systems and air conditioning. Today was a check up for the Summer on ac. Leo was professional and courteous. He was careful with my equipment and explained everything. I have an old system which still works so he was great not to agitate anything. I really appreciate the services provided. I have used the company for about 15 years or so!
We have used this company every year when our antiquated AC unit would go out while struggling to keep up in our 100+ degree weather. They have always been kind, professional, and helpful. They respond quickly and have always helped us at the best possible deal. This year, our unit actually broke down. It occurred towards the end of the Friday workday at 3pm. An employee was at our house within 2 hrs to assist us in diagnosing the problem. They also took time to explain every available replacement option and the pros/cons between them. They have even scheduled us to replace the unit as quickly as Monday. We are very impressed with this company and will continue using it whenever we need them.
I have never reviewed any business and probably won't going forward, but I had to make an exception for American Home Water and Air - I have never experienced such good customer service from any industry, anytime, anywhere. They are responsive, professional, compassionate, and transparent. It was truly amazing to me how above-and-beyond they went to make sure they did everything they could to repair my AC unit in the fastest, cheapest, and most effective way possible. I have shared my customer experience story with anyone who will listen, it was that good.
Doesn’t get any better than this. Over 23 years of quality service on my RO, gas water heater, and my water softener. Their attention to detail and customer service hasn’t changed since the day the owner came out and put my water softener in. Needed American Home Water & Air to return last week because I changed my refrigerator and thus change my R.O needs on the refrigerator. Fidel cam out and had me up and running with his expertise in less than 15 minutes. Exceptional quality and customer service.

Higi is a Pro! He’s nice, polite, and most importantly knows his stuff. Walked me through my plumbing concerns, and got them fixed. The man is fast and thorough. That kind of Pro…. His latest job for us was to install 2 new toilets in our home and check the reverse osmosis. Thank you Higi!
Sam did my soft water and RO installations at my house today. He was not only on time but also gave me a heads up that he was on his way. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable of both products. He took time to explain everything to me in detail so that I didn’t have any questions when he left. I would highly recommend AHWA to anyone they were great.
Courteous and professional installation team. The cleanest appliance installation I have ever experienced. Very pleased with the performance of the unit.
