These people don't know anything about HVAC pin point the problem on each other say it's one thing after another
Truck number 246 must have a hard time with things if he can’t even park his truck. Thanks for rearranging my drivers side mirror, because you can’t park.
My apartment complex uses this company for their annual maintenance. They need to stop. One the broke a water line in my unit, didn't tell anyone, no call was made to me, it took the calling maintenance to find the water shut off valve . There was an inch of rusted standing water in my apartment. The caused over a thousand dollars of damage to my personal belongings. They left my home unlocked, the put wet shoes on the front lawn like I was coming home to a bad break up video which resulted in some of my stuff being taken. They haven't even tried to come back tand fix the back and fix the unit. This was March 1st, 2023. I still have no ac and no heat. When I asked them what had happened, they lied to my face and told me it was the ac compressor. But our complex is on a chiller system so they have control of when the ac and heat are switch and they had not yet switched the ac on. Not to mention they left the mess for me to clean up. They left their drinks in my apartment like I'm their momma cleaning up after them. A couple days later they attempted to make it right but really it was a slap in my face with a 200.00 gift card and a note apologizing for the incident that happened while they were there. I filed a complaint with the company, nothin, apartment complex nothing. Do not hire these people for anything no true accountability and no true professionalism.
Our family had the pleasure of getting a new AC unit this past week. Our apartment complex Montero at Dana Park contracted with Alliance and let me tell you...we met a gentleman named Able Chacon and he was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, patient, took all clean protocols...I mean this guy was on point. From the moment they arrived on scene, to taking everything apart, his coworker Damien securing the crane...then finally putting everything together, running the new system for testing. It was great to see how efficient and well thought out Able Chacon handled this job!! Thank you Ryan for allowing me to give credit where credit is due!! Great job Alliance!! 👍👍👍👍👍😁
Alliance Plumbing was in my apartment complex making some repairs today, and as the workers were leaving, a young man named Tory saw me struggling to carry a bookcase by myself - I was making it a few feet before having to stop, then another few feet, stop, etc. He was nice enough to offer to carry it, and took it all the way up the stairs to my second floor apartment. He was super gracious about the whole thing, and you just don't meet a lot of people who are willing to go out of their way to help a stranger out like that... He didn't ask for this review either, I felt compelled to make it.
have been to my unit FIVE times for the same issue. each time the guys show up confused, and leave without fully fixing the problem, saying they will be back next week. What a joke.

Argued that there was no leak after mild flooding in my unit. Did literally NOTHING.
Huge kudos to Aldo!l Alliance Plumbing and Air. So welcoming to have a knowledgeable tech. Polite! He had evey item (tool, rag, bucket) he needed to perform excellent maintenance. Provided protection to the carpet as he worked and cleaned up afterwards. The world needs more people like Aldo.

Their employees used profanity, threw large objects from upstairs down onto my porch - luckily not hitting me, as well as left sharp screws & dust left over from AC job for my upstairs neighbor down onto my front porch for me to clean up. Horribly unprofessional employees.

I called in to schedule an appointment and the lady who answered was really rude from the start. I politely told her she was being rude and said goodbye. I will not be using them now because of this.
I had the absolute pleasure of shaking with Keely on the phone today. She went above and beyond and made sure all my questions were answered before our call ended. Hands down the best service and customer satisfaction delivered!!
Austin H. came to our property at Sierra Foothills to work on some plumbing repairs. We have a lot of vendors who come in and out of our property but Austin H. was very polite, respectful and dressed professionally . That what we like to see and work with. Keep it up Austin !(sorry I can't remember to spell your entire last name).
Took them 10 hours to show up, and 2 hours to fix an issue are my apt complex... Meanwhile I was continuously vacuuming waste water that was backing up into my tub and on the floor coming from under the toilet. 12 hours of vacuuming and dumping other people's waste water for 12 hours... No one cared one bit.
They shut off water to entire complex without notice
